Dr woon is literally the best doctor I have ever taken my daughter too. She has the best patient bedside manner. She remembers your history without looking at a chart... she's absolutely amazing. So happy we found her for my daughters health!

A great experience with my first visit with Dr.Woon. From making the appointment (you can speak to an actual person and not just an answering machine), the entire staff was so friendly and helpful, waiting areas were clean and comfortable. My optometrist advised me to seek out a specialist to get some more in depth testing done and I chose Dr.Woon. Dr.Woon was so friendly, comforting and knowledgeable. She was very upbeat and took her time to answer my questions. She was able to explain to me, what the (non)issue was regarding my eye situation. I would highly recommend Dr. Woon and her team.

For starters let me tell you how I found her. I was at an eye appointment at another hugely popular eye surgical center located off Katy Freeway and was waiting along with a sea of people to be seen. When I looked around the room with disgust at all the tired weary faces (most everyone) I got up out of my chair and crossed my name off the patient list and left. Then, I made an appointment with Dr. Woon and was seen the very day!!! Dr. Woon is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend her and her office staff is excellent! The pricing i felt was better than what I paid before at the other place I was going to where I felt like I was just a number and most importantly misdiagnosed on an issue.

Dr. Woon is an absolute joy. She is one of the friendliest doctors I have ever been to; full of energy and also incredibly knowledgeable. My neurologist referred me to her and I was able to get in within a couple weeks, even considering the Thanksgiving holiday. She made me feel like I was the only patient in the clinic, and took plenty of time to answer any questions we had. She was the 5th doctor I'd seen over a multiple month span due to some inexplicable pain in my eyes, vision issues and headaches. I was starting to feel hopeless until she walked in the room. She immediately knew what was going on and was able to work up a treatment plan for me. I can't even begin to describe the relief she provided for me both mentally and physically. Finally a Doctor with answers!! If you're having problems with headaches, vision or just need an ophthalmologist then she is your go to. Thank you so much, Dr. Woon!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Woon for many many years (at least 10 years!). I love her as a doctor. She's pleasant, easy to talk to. My complaint is with the medical office. I called in July for an appointment and the earliest available was in November!!! Grr. It never used to be this bad to get an appointment with her. I do not like having to wait that long to be seen.

EXCELLENT PHYSICIAN!!! I had an appointment with a huge well known eye center and walked in to see a sea of people waiting in chairs with mostly tired, haggered scowls on their faces like they had been there waiting too long. I had crossed my name off the patient waiting list and left and made an appointment with Dr. Woon at Whitsett Vision. This place deserves TONS of Stars and the Staff and Physician, Dr. Woon are EXCELLENT! The reception area was calm and quiet. I felt very relaxed and it was enjoyable and I didn't feel like just a number. I'm so glad that I switched. Also, I felt like the pricing is much better than the other place.

Was referred to this MD by another MD, emergency situation per original MD. Called for appt. Told had to have records to make an appt, altho records did not relate to issue. Had sent next day. Called back, advised they had records, asked could I make an appt for spouse as was a serious situation that needed immediate attention. Told that Dr Woon had to review records to DEEM if she would see spouse, and then an appt would POSSIBLY be made. Asked how long to expect call back, as we are now 4 days in attempts to secure appt. Told one hour. We are now out 2 full days from that 1 hr promise, no call back! Also told 1st opening April, 2 months off, even if ER situation, but she MIGHT work him in. Explained ER per MD who referred, but evidently not a concern. ADDENDUM: And now we are 3 weeks out and not a call back. Bad practice towards patients.

Dr. Woon has been my eye Doctor and Botox Doctor for over 10 years now. She is a brilliant eye Doctor who can diagnose things that other Doctors may mis . She is very skilled with Botox and with other cosmetic procedures. I trust her implicitly.
