Teresa is absolutely rude and should not be the person answering the phone for new patients. She is a reflection of your entire office and people who work there. I couldn’t get a single question answered without her having an attitude and cutting me off. Instead of her actually giving me the chance to share what I needed and the urgency of my matter she was tasteless and mean. Do better Teresa.

I had cataract surgery with the upgraded lens, WOW!!! I had no idea what I was missing. Once i got used to having great vision I then realized how amazing it is to actually see true colors again. Thank you Dr. Doe. As an added bonus the staff at Berkeley (and I have been to 3 facilities) is friendly and very helpful. Thanks - Scott Berchiatti

I don’t know where I would be if I didn’t meet Dr. Doe. I have Glaucoma and I know I am receiving the best care for my eyes. His office staff is one of the finest I have run across in a long time. I can’t say enough about the care and services I am receiving.

Dr. Doe and his team efficiently cared for me from the front desk to the cataract surgical suite. Dr Doe prayed with me for a successful surgery before he began the procedure. Everyone who had a part in correcting my vision, explaining forms and fees, etc was very professional yet personable and pleasant. I recommend them heartily!!! Karen Womack
