Dr. Pham has wonderful care for her patients. She asked about my experience with local anesthesia since I am a redhead and she was very gentle and unrushed when conducting the procedure, talking to me to distract me and keep me calm. Her office staff was similarly kind and helpful.

This was a wonderful podiatrist. I took my elderly mother in and the staff was very kind to us. Jackson in the front office was very patient with her and Dr. Pham was phenomenal! She was pleasant, and informative and professional. My mom loved her. We'll definitely be back

The level of inefficiency and disregard from your staff was extremely frustrating. They set my mom’s appointment two weeks out and acted like everything was perfect when it clearly wasn’t. Mary made the appointment without care, and Jackie ended the call without any accountability. It felt like no one cared about providing actual service. Bad customer service and bad experience.

Most pleasant experience with my visit. Going through foot wound therapy and Dr.Lo and staff are steadfast and on point! Highly recommend! Very friendly and compassionate,kind, professional in making sure the the patients request are met.

They waited till I got to the office to tell me that they wouldn’t see me unless I had a referral. If they would’ve told me when I made the appointment, I could’ve got a referral before I showed up. So I left work for the treatment and didn’t get the treatment

I highly recommend this doctor Dr Pham is amazing not once but twice has she taken care of my foot problem I am a dog walker so I'm sure you know how important my feet are to me LOL and now I'm ripping and running the streets again thank you so much Dr great job I highly recommend her 👍

Dr. Asia Lo, and the team of Foot and Ankle Institute of Katy is outstanding. She and her staff is welcoming, professional, and thorough. Dr. Lo took the time to explain the condition and treatment options. The surgery had no complications and the aftercare was commendable!
