List of Jeannette Ouyang Latimer's Reviews
Dr. Latimer looks out for my best interest, having access to the best medical care and medicines available. She cares about my medical, physical and mental health; she cares for the stability of my entire family.
She is an excellent listener with a soothing bedside manor. Her ability to explain complex issues is phenomenal. She worked hard, and put hours of research into my choice of medication so I could remain on my Bipolar antidepressant which affects my well being even more than my HIV. She is at the top of her craft!
Dr. Latimer was excellent. Very detailed and specific. I have never had such great response to my questions. Thank you and I am so glad I found you. Jose Mascorieto
She appears to care about her patients and their well-being. She is personable and very easy to talk to. I like her bedside manner.
The most irrational doctor I have ever met. States she needs evidence to order a TEST. Not only is the test the direct evidence, but I gave her a biopsy and blood test results confirming the disease. But said it’s not enough evidence to order a TEST! I mean, you can’t make this level of stupidity up. My life depends on the test and she denies it for no logical reason. That’s ok, in a few months when my lawsuit against her for delay of diagnosis and gross neglect on a human life drops in her lap, she will realize how serious I am.
I love her Dr Latimer. She makes me feel like I matter and she actually remembers things about me even after only seeing her once every 3 months.
Dr Latimer is completely dedicated to her patients. Because of my dual diagnosis Dr Latimer spent an hour and a half researching what meds she could prescribe to me for positive maximum effect for both my HIV and Bipolar conditions. I hope she is with KS for a long time as I feel safe and confident in her care.
Dr. Latimer is an asset to Kelsey Sebold and their patients
Dr Latimer is the most irrational doctor I’ve ever met. Denied a test because she needed more evidence, when my other doctor approved it because I had plenty of evidence? BUT, I cannot afford it with my other doctor. My insurance is Kelsey, so Dr Latimer knew this and purposely sabotaged my chances of getting this test. A nuclear war will likely be happening soon, and she’s so irrational she probably thinks nothing will happen, or that she is a God and will magically survive, LOL. Cool thing is, I will survive, I have the resources to survive a nuclear fallout and nuclear winter. She probably doesn’t though, and I must say, this doesn’t bother me one bit. The world needs one less of her.
This was my first visit and appointment with Dr. Latimer and most definitely my last. During my visit with her, she ignored official lab results from another clinic - denying their findings, didn't order a test for the same medical issue from her own lab to compare, saw a random blood test of mine in her charts and concluded I had a virus with practically no medical background knowledge from me whatsoever to conclude this, and ordered lab tests for this unfounded issue and not for the actual reason I was there for. Not only did I waste precious time and money, I was made to feel like my lab results and personal physical experiences were "all in my head." I ended up talking to one of the doctor owners of this clinic and he referred me to an actual specialist in Tulane to take care of my issue. Sadly, my issue was prolonged due to her ineptness. I implore all to look elsewhere for help.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
