List of Memorial Home Health Care - Houston & Katy, Tx's Reviews
The absolute worst home health care that exist and the director - Renee Hernandez - believes in allowing staff to lie and believe them - since “nurses are in high demand and we have to support them regardless of their behavior” WOW! That’s powerful! Now granted, staff is important but when staff doesn’t tell the truth, management has an obligation to doing a thorough investigation to prove the truth! Additionally, I totally understand how coworkers stick together - but once again, if a thorough investigation is properly done - the truth will appear. Personally - I’m aghast at how 4 people can blatantly lie to cover the truth and a director literally state - “because nurses are a shortage we have to believe them”
Excellent in Quality Service & Very Convenient Thank you, M.H.H.C
Thank you Memorial Home Health Care, your team of experienced and professional staff go above & beyond the call of duty with the care of my Dad....My family and I truly appreciate you guys.
I’m fighting back tears as I write this post. The lack of professionalism was beyond disheartening! Our country is facing unprecedented times with Americans dying in mass numbers. It is imperative for those who are suffering a medical crisis to receive the best care possible. This man does not care about patients at all. I would have received better care and service if I had gone to PetSmart. Please for the sake of your and your loved one’s health DO NOT use this company! May God be with you if you do.
I would like to thank Memorial Home Health for your employee nurse Brenda Bello, who faithfully took care of my dad. She was able to find an approach to my dad, provided care and medical help. My family has no complaints against her.
Before receiving help from memorial home health doctors told me I wasn’t going to be able to walk again. Now thanks to memorial home health care I can walk and provide for my family again with no problems or pain. Memorial home health care makes the impossible possible. Memorial home health care is a blessing sent down from heaven. I thank God everyday for Memorial home health care it’s a phenomenal place that truly cares about their clients.
My mother received these shoes and her balance has been great and her mobility has increased tremendously
Excellent service, really satisfied
Huey Williams is the worse person I ever met he's very disrespectful, he promises stuff for you, & doesn't do it . You don't want service with this facility. He treats he's nurses bad and don't like to pay.
After my dad’s back surgery, he struggled to do any of the things he did before. As someone who played tennis all his life, it was a massive blow to him. Memorial Home Healthcare’s physical therapy experts really helped my dad recover after the surgery.
