Nancy Naghavi's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient at Family practice for 10plus years and I have never had a problem with anyone working here. I can HONESTLY say i never SEEN my actual dr , Dr Nancy Naghavi. Which is okay with me as long as all my gealth concerns are taken care if by other staff thats fine. The staff are amazing I never had a long wait perikd. Im always seen, being taken cared of. The front receptionist are okay

She is so wonderful! Personable and very knowledgeable! Takes her time and listens to what is wrong.Highly recommend!!

Take forever and doctors have attitudes

I was a patient here for about 10 years (ages 10-20) and did not enjoy my experiences here at all. I would not recommend this office. As a child, I was regularly told to lose weight in a shaming, non-constructive way. Do yourself a favor and look for a different physician.

Friendly, fast and thorough.

I had one telephone visit with Dr. Naghavi and I love her already. She is so thorough. The poor reviewers are confused. They'll leaving reviews for another doctor who works in the office for Dr. Naghavi.

Horrible experience customer service very rude , I had some ultrasound done , they lost the information I had to call Memorial to send them again , I never saw a doctor just a NP she was extremely young and didnt want to listen anything ,besides making sarcastic remarks, at my age and health I wanted to see a doctor, it's terrible Iam going to run as soon as I can 😪

I have been a patient here for 4 years and I have never had an appointment with Naghavi NEVER! Usually Kezia which I never had a issue with until recently… she has disregarded any and all of my health concerns with shoulder shrugs and exiting the room quickly to go stand in the back of the front office I watched her that’s what got me she was avoiding me. I have had an ongoing issue since October and her response (because I have to keep reminding her it’s been going on since then) “oh yeah …shoulder shrugs…it has…shoulder shrugs…I don’t really know what’s going on with you… shoulder shrugs … shoulder shrugs” exit quickly!!!! I have to keep making appointments to have a full conversation with her and then she makes remarks about me coming in for the Same thing 6 months in a row IM NOT GETTING THE HELP I NEED THE SYMPTOMS ARE GETTING WORSE AND WORSE!!! time for a new Dr I guess. Mondanaldo she is the worst

I wish I could give 0 stars. Please don’t go here if you don’t want to develop health anxiety. One thing in my lab work was slightly abnormal after being sick and my doctor wanted me to believe that something was terribly wrong. I was getting lab work every week for weeks and every test would come back normal. Every time I came in for the follow up after lab work she would want to test me for something else. I ended up in ICU because my heart rate and blood pressure was severely elevated due to the stress she caused me. I now have a new PCP and after having him look at all of the lab work that was taken for several weeks he said that I am perfectly healthy. Unfortunately, I am now on Xanax because of the anxiety I went through with this doctor. Please don’t go here.

Still here waiting for the doctor they made me do a covic-19 test the one I was speaking to over phone was telling me they had to do it which I knw I don't got covic-19 just barely got sick from cough and sore throat. This the last time I'll be coming im here in room still waiting and they don't deserve my insurance nor my money. I've told them I need to so WK to manger and still no manger, 3 times already.
