Next Level Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

This place is wonderful. Great service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They got me in and out within an hour without an appointment. They were busy but i felt well cared for and not rushed. Will definitely use them again for care.

About two days ago my four-month-old son developed a rash on his face that proceeded to worsen. I made him an appointment at 7 PM yesterday, keeping in mind that it was very busy as I heard staff telling other patient they were booked double the usual patients. The staff was friendly and my wait was not too long for the appointment. But the RN who came in to see my son only told me “his rash is infected and you need to go to Texas Children’s Hospital emergency room” with no other help beyond that. You can refer to my review on Texas Children’s Hospital Houston page, but sitting at Texas Children’s Hospital for over seven hours and hearing from the nurse that the urgent care could have and should have been able to help me with the issue was very disappointing. She actually suggested that I go to an Urgent Care since I would be waiting there for a couple more hours and that’s when I told her the referred me to the hospital. Eight hours later between both places and I still have no answers. Very disappointed.

I broke my fibula on Friday 12/17. I found an orthopedic surgeon on Monday 12/20. He requested a pre op surgery clearance. My family doctor office was unfortunately closed for the holidays. The surgeon recommended to go to an emergency care facility to get it. I do not have any health issues and do not take any medications.I took an appointment on 12/21 through Next care level app since I could not get one over the phone. I waited in line from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.When I arrive there and provided the surgeon paperwork, a guy ( I am not sure who he was since he did not introduce himself and did not have a name tag) came to see me in the waiting room. He told me that he could not examine me to provide a clearance since he did not have any of my heath history. He was also not able to give me any advise on what to do next.I called the surgeon scheduler right away who ask me if she could speak with him to give him the detail of what they needed. He refused to speak with her and was very rude.Kindly, the surgeon scheduler who heard the all conversation on the speaker phone and was unsettled by it took me an appointment at Care Now Texas Urgent Care the next morning. They knew right away what was needed. I answered a complete health history that we reviewed with the doctor after a medical examination and Covid test. They faxed the paperwork and clearance to the surgeon.I am finally able to get the operation to fix my broken leg.This experience at Next Level Urgent Care was a lot of unnecessary added stress and suffering.I would never recommend this facility.

Charging $50 for a covid test during a pandemic is really gross.

It was a great Experience The doctor is very friendly and it was really quick service but I am Allergic to one of the medication and they won't call me an anything else so I'm a little confused by that and kind of disappointing why they can't call me in anything else

Absolutely amazing, went in yesterday with a couple of dog bites and received nothing short of excellent care and attention from the front desk, the nurse and the doctor. Thank you for getting me taken care of.

The personal are very professional and polite and give you as much time to explain your systems.I have to much thanks to a wonderful PA Debra Baylis NP, this is the second time I get her when I had a problem she very good at explaining things.

This urgent care went above and beyond the next level! Walked in with my son who broke his arm during his football game. The receptionist greeted us with the best customer service! Juan the x-ray tech was as amazing as her! He took my son to the xray room and explained to him the results. He definitely made him feel so much better. Ms. Melanie, NP ( I don't remember her last name) was the best! She was so patient with my son and took the time answer our questions. The whole team did an amazing job! Thank you for your professionalism!
