Next Level Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Good DayI wish to express my dissatisfaction of the treatment by the staff when I arrived for my appointment today at 9.30am Sat 8th JanI made a request with the attending staff on Friday Jan 7th at 12.30pm for the same day 2/3 hours covid 19 PCR test for travel on Sunday January 9th for 2 personsWe informed the attending staff that we had no insurance and will made self pay paymentWe then inquired about the price and was told it will be $175.00 each person at which time we agreed and tended our ID to confirm our appointment for Saturday at 9.45amI was send a link with all information required which we filled and submitted as requiredOn arrival for the appointment today at 9.35am the staff of duty on checking for my appointment now informs me that the price quoted on Friday is not $175.00 per person but it’s $175.00 doctor’s visit and $175.00 for the testing that was a total of $350.00 each bringing the total to $700.00 for 2 personsWhen I asked the staff why I’m now being given a different pricing she was only saying I’m sorry I’m sorryAt that time being sorry did not help my case as I had wasted my time waiting on this appointmentI was able to get my test done at another facility for the price of $175.00 each personPlease have your staff trained properly before giving out misleading informationI will not recommend anyone visiting your facility

Terrible customer service. Lady at the reception desk was so rude and ignorant. I have already told my friends not to visit this location.

My daughter had covied, Next level is so so good , excellent team , kind ,caring ,happy team members,my daughter get bronchitis after covied, scary for us as a mother of 5 years old girl, they treated her carefully, 5*********.

Dennis and Luisa are exceptional at what they do, I am pleased that next level urgent care has kind, gentle natured people on their team. I will always from here on out come here! Also you can’t beat a urgent care open 7 days a week from 9am to 9 pm.

Won't perform a pcr test without an additional $45 added for their doctor evaluation....can get the same test for free at Walgreens or cvs...I just wished they stated yhis clearly on their web site: pcr tests are fully covered by your insurance but they are not free

Im so grateful to Mr Byargeon for his fast and accurate diagnosis. Without it, I would not have been able to start the medication asap and would have been in a lot more pain and had more scaring to my face and maybe even complications to my vision. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!

I contacted Next Level Urgent Care in Katy on Falcon Landing because I ran my last toe into the corner of my refrigerator. I was able to get an appointment within minutes of me calling. From the time of my arrival to my discharge I received fast, efficient professional care. The P.A. examined me, xrays were done and I received my results within minutes! I highly recommend this facility for your Urgent Care needs instead of going to an E.R.
