Next Level Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

I called about getting seen due to infection. Pre enrollment on website was completed. Was informed that once I receive text I can come. Well received text and waited some more. My navel was red and I was in a lot of pain. I figured I would only be there at most hour tops. Once I told the staff, she saw my Blood pressure was way to high. I told her it’s because I’m hurting bad. The place was clean and the only person that I talked to that I felt ok with was the D.O. By the time I was out I had less than 15 minutes to get a script for antibiotics filled. Unfortunately I would not recommend this urgent care. Please remind staff that the exam rooms are not sound proof. People don’t want to go to any urgent care setting, they need to. Would of been nice to get actual estimates on being seen. If Dr. J. Breeze sees this would be nice for leadership to try and find solutions that are effective and professional.

Based on the recorded message, it appears if you go for a Covid test, whether positive or negative a doctor will review and you will receive a bill. I avoided it as I wanted a simple Covid test and nothing more.

You book online and when you arrive they make you wait a long time in the room ! Had to go to two different locations because they misdiagnosed my son.They don’t care about people’s time!

They have the worst system possible. I Don’t understand the concept of urgent care if people have to take appointments and walk-ins have to wait for ever. Why would anyone want to expose themselves to higher risk by waiting in the lobby for ever. Health professionals should know better, especially during COVID times. Poor policy, communication and customer service. Avoid - if you can.

I was so impressed with my visit yesterday! I felt so cared for and listened to. I came in thinking I may have had strep throat, but the test came back negative—because of this, the staff continued testing me for other things so that we could rule out any other illnesses and get me the help I needed. I ended up finding out that I have mono and am really grateful to know!! The assistant was so kind and friendly. She had such a good attitude, even at the end of the day! I really appreciated that. The doctor was very warm, compassionate, and concerned as well. That meant a lot! Sometimes it seems like doctors are more concerned with getting you out of their office than actually investigating the problem and helping you, but I didn’t feel that way at all with you guys! Thank you so much for your amazing service!! It really made my day :)Also, your office is so clean and beautiful!

I went there last Thursday. The front desk was very friendly. The facility was clean. The physician was very knowledgeable and responsible. She saw my urgency and checked me first and recommended me to go to ER immediately Turns out I needed to have a surgery。 I really appreciate that she didn’t make me wait long time, and got to ER in time. She didn’t charge me for this visit. This is the urgent care I would like to recommend to others.

Unfortunately we need to click one star to review otherwise this whole system seems to be bad. First the website made me fill 100 things jst to get covid test and then got text to go in now...there in line for 20 mins...then they say wait might be over an hour..then when i say i was told to come in...they say it might be less...Then they now say i have to pay for the visit since they are not testing center..no where mentioned in site...No place to give feedback eithrr there or website...

Less than helpful frontdesk lady and LONG wait for results.Trying to charge for doctors visit for a rapid covid test. It was ridiculous, my insurance company tried to talk to them and there was NO help at all. The doctor was nice, eventhough we did not need his assistance. Will NOT recommend.UPDATE: Yes, it was this clinic and we were there for a rapid covid test, that the clinic were supposed to provide free of charge, from the get-tested-covid19.org website. I find it hard to believe that you can't find our names on any files since I checked in online and filled out everything. So that is on you. I do not want a call from you. I just want to warn other people that you do not provide the service you were supposed to.

I’ve been to other urgent cares in the area but this is the best. From the intake process to every staff member I was impressed. The FNP comforted my daughter and my wife when my daughter hurt her foot. This is now my go to for all future urgent care needs. We arrived near closing and they had the best customer service I have seen in a long time in the medical field. Very impressed.

They never answer their phones. Their customer service is non-existent.
