Omg!! Doctor Davè and staff are wonderful .. from the time you walk in the office beginning with Karen, & Burt they greet you like if your family.. The nurses have that compassion with the patients it’s unbelievable.. I can mention Doris, & Gloria , all of them have outstanding.. Bedside manners ..a big thank you to Renee which help me to get my procedure done quickly took time to send all my paperwork to my insurance so I can have my procedure done as soon as possible .. I was referred to Dr. Dave for my pain and the one star is because I never got to see him. I called for an appointment and was immediately informed my a young man; “you don’t call us for an appointment we call you…once we get your MRI and report”. Well that was October 6th and I called my Dr. and the MRI was submitted on Oct. 6 & the report on the 7th. Today is November 10th and no call back; thus my Dr. referred me to another pain management Dr. I called and got an appointment for three days later & saw him today! To God Be The Glory I couldn’t take this pain much longer nor did I deserve that type of treatment especially when there are other fish in the sea!

Most amazing and professional staff by far. Bert was amazing taking the time to ensure everything was explained and following up with me. Truly appreciated! Doctor Nimish was great taking time to listen and ensure I was taken care of. Thank you so much for everything you've done!!!

Doctor Dave is amazing and has been a major part of me getting my life back. He listened to what my issues were and put a plan together to treat me. The office team is very professional and Bert is always happy to help you out with any questions or concerns you may have. When you are in pain and need help they can and will be there for you.

I was referred to Dr. Dave by a friend who was a patient. I explained that I had severe back pain. His not-so-friendly staff person told me that I had to fax my PCP's medical history, and he would review it and call back to set up an appointment. My Dr. did so, and I heard nothing. I followed up a week later and got the same answer. Then I never heard back. Not only was that insulting to me, but it was very unprofessional to my Primary Care doctor, who went through the trouble to fax my records. VERY unprofessional.

I’ve been here for a couple of years and the staff is great, especially Bert in the front office! I see him as I’m checking out and he’s always so up-beat, in a great mood, and has always been so helpful ! It’s a great office.

The staff was friendly and professional. Results and follow ups were in a timely manner. Bert Trevino was especially helpful and knowledgeable about my procedure and made me feel very comfortable with what to expect. Bert also helped me find other doctors for needs outside of their office. His recommendations were extremely helpful. I appreciate him going above and beyond.

Dr. Davé and his staff are absolutely wonderful. After suffering with back pain for years I wish I had known about the Pain and Spine Center years ago. I found Dr. Davé to be thorough in explaining the procedures and making me feel comfortable. I highly recommend him and and his staff.
