I have went to several other optometrists but none were anywhere near as good as Dr. Patel.

I came 15 minutes early to my appointment and then waited for over an hour before I was seen by her - I could hear her in the other room chatting with a patient over non-medical related issues. She gave a half-hearted apology when she finally came in, and then pushed me to pay an extra $40 for her to spend 30 seconds looking at retina pictures. She was very flippant and arrogant with my concerns, and I left the office feeling ripped off and belittled. I will not be coming back again because of her - I’ve never met an optometrist who disrespects her clients in this manner. Do NOT recommend her, there are so many better ODs out there!!!

I was wearing colored contacts and not taking care of my eyes. I wore them for weeks without letting my eyes breath and had broken blood vessels, vision getting worse & just wasn't educated about the damage I did. She gave me tough love. She did not approve another colored contact Rx because they did not allow the eyes to breath and only gave me dailys. Gave me eye drops w/o preservatives. Next appt my eyes super white & very healthy. No longer dry and irritated. I am so thankful!!
