List of Taryll L Jenkins, Md's Reviews
Friendly staff and the Nurse Practitioner was great. Very comfortable environment.
I had a wonderful experience with this OB/GYN office. From the moment I walked in, the environment was clean, organized, and very welcoming. The front desk staff were polite and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Jenkins is always extremely professional, attentive, and kind. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. It’s clear that patient care and respect are a top priority here. The overall atmosphere of the office is calm and reassuring, which is so important for appointments like these. I truly appreciated how friendly and supportive everyone was. I highly recommend this OB/GYN to anyone looking for a clean, professional, and welcoming healthcare experience.
The doctor is very knowledgable and caring, the staff is exeptional corteous, and welcoming. However, the waiting time is very long, once I had to reschedule because before me there were 5 patients, and the waiting time estimate was 1 hr. I reschedule for a month later, just to end up waiting for an hour again! It would be a perfect experience if not for that waiting time… I will stay for now to see if this improves, just because the doctor is good and caring. Time will tell…
I am a current patient of Dr Tiffany Ikwuagwu. My experience directly with the Dr during visits has been okay but dealing with issues and trying to get in contact with someone has been a huge problem. I am experiencing an issue and have tried to leave messages on the nurse line and sent messages thru the app with no response. I am disappointed in the response, especially from the front office staff. While experiencing an issue during a pregnancy nobody wants to be called pet names such as love over the phone but not get any response at all from the Dr or nurse. Update: I finally got in touch with the nurse after calling back and she was less than pleasant to say the least. I tried to explain how I’ve been calling for days and she said they are short staffed and someone will reach out when they can. Very disappointing. Update: I’m now 34 weeks pregnant and had to wait over 90 minutes for an appointment without seeing the Dr. The office staff did not communicate that the Dr had to leave for delivery but instead had me continue to wait. I am very nervous for my upcoming delivery as I have not seen the Dr for almost a month at this point. If you are thinking about switching, do it early and don’t get to this point where I am and you are not able. I am so disappointed in the care and service received by the staff.
Today was my first visit. Making the appointment 3 weeks ago was easy. I arrived 30 minutes early for my 3:10 appointment and waited over one hour and still didn't see Jenkins. My total wail time was 90 minutes. The he office had a steady flow of people and not one looked happy. Apparently they are accustom to the long wait. This was a terrible first impression and the receptionist has the gall to tell me " he's worth the wait". Hardly, when a person doesn't appreciate my time as I do his. Extremely disappointed in this office
He delivered our first child. Very knowledgeable and has good bedside manner. Easy to get a long with but our major complaint was that it took forever to see him. My wife on an average waited 30min-1hr to see him for every scheduled appointment. I get things happen and there may be a delay from time to time, but there was constant waiting time every time she went to see him. My wife is pregnant again and we decided to stick with him hoping the wait time would change. Nothing changed 3 years after our first child. My wife ended up transferring to another OB midway through the pregnancy because she couldn’t stand waiting so long. It would never be communicated as to why wait times were so long but it was consistent and that is unacceptable. His office is always full, keeps taking on new patients and it just seems like there’s too many patients for one doctor.
He delivered my daughter. He was my OBGYN for 10 years until I moved to GA. He's very professional and very informative on personal issues.
I am a new, pregnant patient to this practice and this has been an AWFUL experience so far. So far, each appointment they are 20-25 minutes late. I spoke to the office manager, who it took 1.5 weeks to even get ahold of, and she basically said that’s just how it goes. Twice now I’ve called before lunch and left a voicemail and no one calls back. They don’t answer the phone. My most recently experience was following a loss of memory for a couple hours, possible seizure activity, but still working on testing. I called their office and spoke to a nurse, who was rude and dismissive. She did not ask me to come in to check on the baby. My PCP was appalled when I told her that. I reached out to the office manager and again called the facility. I tired to call multiple times and no one answered, I left a voicemail and no one has called me back. I messaged them on Facebook just hoping to speak to anyone, as you can imagine I’m scared. They don’t respect your time and surely don’t care about your life or your babies. Yet they have the audacity to place a sign at check-in that’s says, “if you’re more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will have to reschedule.” The front desk sits there and chats and lets you wait until they finishing talking to check you in or out.
These 3 stars are only for Dr Jenkins and his old staff pre covid. I have had 2 children delivered by Dr. Jenkins and I would recommend him to anyone. But his current office staff is absolutely horrendous and this covid policy which is currently still in place 03/2023 is absurd. The front staff are rude and cold and not at all what should represent Dr. Jenkins office, I did call and complain to the office manager Katie, to which there was no outcome because apparently we will all still survive covid with fabric masks and no husbands or kids allowed at appointments for a women's health visit. I have since had to seek an OBGYN elsewhere because I am a stay at home mom with no means of daycare with no family in the state to help care for my children during an important well woman check or even a pain check. This office used to be so family orientated and now it feels to have gone downhill. I will say Dr. Jenkins is still one of the best doctors I have ever had and it is a shame that I will have to find a new dr.
Dr. Jenkins was incredibly personable and professional. My women’s wellness appointment was quick and easy. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I could not have been more pleased with my experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process.
