My morning started out very poorly. I called in because I was running late due to an issue with my garage door not opening. I was praying that this would not be an indication of what the rest of my day would be like. I called in ahead to make the office aware of my misfortune and was told that I had a 15 minute grace period. However, I still broke all rules of the road trying desperately to make it on time. When I arrived the front counter person did not greet me friendly, and found it necessary to make me aware that I was 20 minutes late, in front of the other patients waiting in the office, even though I was told I had a 15 minute grace period. I set their quiet, but embarrassed until I looked to my left and saw a lady starring at me with a sweet smile as to say its okay. After I went to the back, Dr Kovoor and the technician made me forget all about my experience in the front. He is very personable as well as professional!
