For the past 5 years I have left 5 doctors office in tears. Knowing my prescription will be wrong. I was pleasantly surprised and Confident my glasses were going to be right this time.This doctor was wonderful. I almost made it out the door tearless and stressless. But I had to sit with Karissa to order my glasses. She started out trying to give me progressive. Which I did not want. after a lengthy conversation with her coworker she fixed it. Even though the doctor told her no progressive. Then the line on my bifocal was higher on one side. We discussed this. She said they will make the best guess to have it even. If it's not right they will send then back and redo them.I replied why not just do it Correct now. After going back and forth with Karissa and letting her know my experience 5 yrs straight. She got upset and passed me to a coworker. She re- Measured what Karissa did. erased the incorrect line . I figured it was wrong. She re-did the line. And she measured them to make sure they were even and process my order. Feeling stressed I relayed my feelings to her and explain the conflict I had withKarissa. To my surprise she told me karissa is the manager. Just the stress of karissa I will have to seriously think if I will return.The doctor was wonderful. but dealing with Karissa made me leave not wanting to return. It's unfortunate you have to go through a not so nice office clerk to get to a good doctor. There's a lot of good doctors else where.

Today’s Vision is a great place for diabetic I eye exam. I love Dr. Tran. She makes it fun. Super nice eye care center. Easy to make an appointment. They send I reminders. Dr. Tran has been my my Optometrist for 4 years. My son and husband now use her also. Morgan Ranch Today’s Vision you rock.

This place has no idea what they are doing. Girl kept trying to charge me $200 even though I was going through my insurance, until finally another employee explained to her what she was doing wrong. Took over a month for my glasses to come in, just to find out the prescription is completely off and I can’t see a thing. Now they have to redo my prescription and who knows how long it’ll take for my next pair to come in. I would absolutely avoid this place.

Dr. Tran was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. Now for the bad: front desk staff were rude and the restroom was dirty.

As always my experience with Dr. Tran and her staff was optimal. The staff is friendly and patient everytime I've either called or visited the office.
