Tuve que llevar a mi hija por primera vez y quedé sumamente satisfecha y agradecida por la atención recibida. Todos el personal: recepción, enfermera y doctora, fueron sumamente profesionales y cariñosos. Sali asombrada y contenta de haber ido ahí.

Wish I could give 0 star, Dr. Moncenya Chatman, MD is very disrespectful, my wife got scolded in all her visits. I don't know how she become the director at this center with the way she treated the patients. I looked up her name on Google and it came back with her low rating, particularly her attitude.

To start off doctor monceya Chatman is one of the worst obstetrics gynecologist. Not sure why she pursued this career if she was going to just be rude to patients and not compassionate at all. I gave her 2 chances to better her attitude because I thought it was my pregnancy hormones. WRONG!!! Decided to switch to candy Mendoza or whatever her name is. I was late by 6 minutes you know 5 min policy. Reception called and she didn't respond so they had me wait 15+ mins before she decided to answer and say she couldn't take me. Like w't f. What was she doing while I was waiting ? So I politely asked when was the soonest I could be seen, they said in 2 weeks! I said oh noo that's way too far & I'm 23 weeks pregnant and I waited a month just for y'all not to take me over 6 mins I was late. When in reality doctor was probably running behind which is why she didn't even answer within 15 minutes ! I'm extremely furious with this office. I was denied medical care for my pregnancy all bc of 6 mins. I have a friend who's been late by 8 mins and was taken in. Why? Because she pays out of pocket. So please please people don't go here if you need an obgyn! Never going back here again.

So far I’m new to coming here. I’ve been here a few times now to visit with Erica Green. So far she been a helpful and great doctor. When I walk in I’m greeted with a smile. I was kinda worried and scared looking for a new doctors office to go to since being here in Texas over a year now. For now this will be my go too!

Flor Rivera is a doctor who doesn’t care about patients. I suggest if your loved one has her as a primary doctor, I strongly suggest you change them know.Trust me!
