Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospital Keller's Online Review Report Card

It's Christmas Day and this place said they were open. I had my 18 year old daughter call to see if they could help her since she may have Covid. They stated they were not a testing facility and hung up on her. This reflects poorly on Baylor Scott & White and I will not be recommending this ER ever again. So disappointing.

Bad service the doctors are nice but the workers and nurses are plain out incompetent and don't treat the client well.

Waited 2.5 hours on a Sunday evening. Left without being seen. Never made it out of the lobby and there were hardly any other patients waiting. Son had been in an auto accident. Thankfully it wasn’t critical, you’d pass waiting for help here.

I need to do 2 separate reviews b/c LEXI was phenomenal!!! SHE deserves 5 stars. She was very VERY kind and took the time to actually look up my insurance (LIKE THE others in the past didn’t and I was charged $$) SO thank you Lexi you are the only thing that made my visit ok. (Other than the girl nurse I forgot her name)DR RICHARDSON AND HIS ASSISTANT JAKE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I felt very uncomfortableThe night shift is a good shift for y’all to work not too many people see that unprofessionalism and get to feel the uncomfortableness I have the last two times I have been there I am done with yall. I rather go to JPS.

Worst experience EVER! The nurses assistance didn’t so much as even greet me. Was short with me and ZERO bedside manners. The doctors did ABSOLUTELY nothing outside of telling me just to go see a surgeon that he wasn’t even going to run any tests. I will NEVER go back.

Extremely disappointing. My dad crashed and got sent here, and I’m told I can’t see him cuz only one visitor allowed. The amount of cowardice and publicity chasers here is astounding. Nobody here truly understands science or medicine. A gentlemen in the waiting room was told he couldn’t see his dying son cuz of Covid restrictions. Too bad government bans don’t apply to these hospitals run by cowards. I’d rate it a zero if I could

Been here twice in the last year or so, and was treated quickly when nobody else would let me in due to the pandemic. However this last visit has been a billing nightmare with both Baylor and the company 24 Hour Physicians they contract with. Baylor screwed up the billing and still haven't gotten back to me with resolution 3 months later. Good luck getting them on the phone too...The contracted doctor refuses to deal with the issue on their side. Will have to go somewhere else next time I inevitably need the ER unfortunately. Don't need to keep getting robbed.Edit to add that I submitted my info on their website like this person responded asking me to do. MONTHS before writing the review. Never heard anything back. Fake response to make Baylor look like they care publicly.

If I could 0 stars I would. Horrible staff, horrible service. My daughter sat from 12pm till 10pm to get transferred to grapevine. It took an hour for me to even get someone to tell me what was going on. NEVER WILL BE BACK.

Went in for back pain and doctor treated me like I was only there for pain meds...i was in tears from pain and my blood pressure proved it....the nurse even told me he's not the greatest doctor. Mind you I got no xrays a 20 min apt for a steroid shot and a bill over 2000...do not go to this place if possible....save it for the real caring professionals

Now I understand why there are so many bad reviews for this facility. First off when I arrived I was in severe pain due to an injury that had just happened. The nurse took her time chatting with the receptionist instead of assisting my wound. The Dr was incompetent, he didn’t give me a proper diagnosis. Instead he said there was nothing that he could do for me and referred me to an orthopedic surgeon. Out of all of the staff only two were helpful. They didn’t even clean a bloody wound until I asked them to. Later when I was checking out i was told that all I had to pay was $375 for the visit since I was self pay but later received a $3,000 bill from the doctor that literally did nothing and an extra bill for an X-ray that was taken. This place is a joke. They don’t care about the patient at all. Stay away, please go somewhere else!
