Carenow Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

This place needs to be reported. Do not go. They are going to cause someone to have a medical emergency with their lack of knowledge and training. And yes.... They admitted the person working at the front desk was not trained to deal with customers even though she was going to send us away without asking for someone who is trained to help. She probably didn't want to get up from her desk because she was literally taking her drivers test online at the front desk right in front of me. I could hear the whole thing. There is a reason this place only has two and half stars. It's sick.

I called few minute ago to make sure my appts is good... And I asked for 10:30am... So the nurse put in system to make sure everything good.. So I warn her if nurse disrespect me again not willing write communication with me I will ask my lawyer for option to legal action against same lady in the picture and I'm admit I calling nasty language about her over phone that I spoke to different nurse about her.. It my right !! They are too closed mind with deaf people!!!! I hung up phone and, So I called other Care Now area to speak to supervisor but they are not in, So the lady is willing give message to supervisor and asked me if I want change to other Care Now area.. I said yes.. She very helpful.... I wouldn't not recommend anyone to come visit there!!!! Horrible service discrimination me!!!!!

Their policy are stupid.... I called them to make sure I can walk in without appts!!! She said I can come in.. So my wife and I went there.. The front desk black lady with eyeglasses said I need to fill out my information and she will call us when they are ready to see us and telling us to come back.. They won't let us stay in the fuck lobby like old tradition way.. So stupid.. We left to go shopping and I notice phone number that they trying called me so my wife called them and they said they are ready for us and asked us to come.. So we did it take time but then they called us again and my wife answer the phone and it say hold!! That horrible service!!! So They gave me form for free of charge an certified interpreter and I refused because it my right!!! I prefer communication write note or type smartphone to communication with me because I'm deaf.. Sometime certified interpreter and I could cause misunderstand mistake.. Nurse called me because my wife is hearing and heard my name called .. So we went up and walk in room... The nurse fuck disrespect me!! She refused communication with me type smartphone or write note.. She asked my wife to interpreter is illegal because my wife is not certified interpreter!! How fuck she dare to disrespect me!! America Disability Act Law all business all business must provide certified interpreter but it my right to refused!! She too stupid!! She too lazy to type it to communication with me!!! Tomorrow morning I will call America Disability Act lawyer!!! So I did explain to good doctor and he said he sorry...

I did web check in tonight. Walked in at about 7:20 and there were 2 other people already In The waiting room. At 8:30 they called me back. At 9:10 pm no one had come in to examine me so I stepped out into the hall and saw that the lights had been turned off. I realized no one was coming to examine me. I walked to the front desk and told the lady no one has come to my room and that I needed to go. Her response? "That's fine, you can go!" Not even a let me check to see if a provider can see you or I'm so sorry let me get someone to help you, nothing!!! What a horrible experience on top of already feeling horrible I get treated like this!!! I won't go back and I'll be sure to warn everybody I know.

Waited nearly 2 hours for a PCR Test. My review pertains to everyone but the front desk lady who was helpful and non combative. I come in asking for a PCR test to confirm the expired rapid tests which I took this morning. I'm born and raised in keller but have lived in NYC for 7 years. I'm extremely suspect of rapid tests and have full faith in PCRs which I know I'm not alone in. Well, the nurse upon entering the room asked me if I wanted a rapid test which I politely declined. Stating that I've lived in the city which lost thousands to Covid and vividly remember 2020 which was a living hell. Since this virus has sprung I've only gotten PCR tests since they're fairly easy and now that people don't test as much the results tend to come back sooner. The nurse tries to convince to just take another rapid which wasn't my intention. After declining she starts a brief back and forth about why I need a rapid and I explain I'd rather have a PCR just to officially know. The PA then comes in and questions why I want a PCR. I explain that after working for a hospital and living in NYC I trust PCR more than rapids. She proceeds to give me the PCR after convincing her it was my request. Then, I explain that if I am negative that I'm signing up for the nearest date to get my second booster. The PA proceeds to explain to me in her professional opinion that we don't have enough evidence to support the efficacy of the vaccines. I respond that I trust the CDC and will take any booster they recommend to avoid this virus which I'd contend we know less about the long term side effects. Upon telling her I trust good ole Uncle Sam her eyes roll into the back of her head. Im supposed to trust a PA from Keller, Texas over the CDC? Lmao that's hilarious. I believe in science and I thank God president trump created operation warp speed which gave us the vaccine. Listen, I know Texas is a conservative state and I myself am conservative. But don't make people feel crazy for wanting peace of mind. Also, don't let people wait nearly 2 hours for a 10 second nasal swab. Never going here again, and I recommend you don't either.

I had a completely horrible experience with Dr. Rasha Yacoub (NPI# 1932512183, PAC ID# 4284932997) and the Care Now facility in Keller, TX (HW 377 location). I have been going to this facility for a TB test for 10+ years and because I work in hospitals, I am required to get the TB test read by an RN or MD. I have never had a problem having a MD read my test in the past. Today, Dr. Yacoub refused to read my TB (it would take less than a minute to read). I learned that it is the physician's choice to do so. There were no other patients at the facility, and I could see Dr. Yacoub walking around in the back. I have never had any type of physician (from CV surgeons to Interventional Cardiologists, etc.) refuse to help a patient, but apparently Dr. Yacoub thinks so much of herself that reading a TB test is beneath her. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional as a physician. Then, when I asked the person at the front desk what I needed to do to have the physician read my TB test she originally said I would have to schedule an office visit and be charged. When I realized that Dr. Yacoub was not going to read it, I asked the front desk person to schedule me an office visit. After this request, the front desk person said that that Dr. Yacoub would not see me even as a paid office visit to read my TB test. Dr. Yacoub is a complete embarrassment to the physician community. Physicians that have gone on the lengthy residence and fellowship program are always willing to help any patient, but not Dr. Yacoub. I would strongly recommend that no one waste their time with Dr. Yacoub and Care Now in Keller (702 S. Main - Keller, TX location). There is way too many good health care clinics and physicians available and no one should waste their time with Dr. Yacoub.

Went to this horrible Urgent Care because I had body aches and they tested me for everything except the flu which I told them that's what I think it is. When I tell you that this place is manipulative and a hell hole it very much is, I recommend that no one goes any where near this place you will be disappointed by the horrible prices mixed with the horrible customer service. The workers here show absolutely no respect especially the doctors, the doctors are horrible money driven people, grade A douche bags that like to make money by manipulating you into thinking that you are horribly sick when you are not. If there was an option for negative stars I would give it to this place in a heartbeat.

The employees were incredibly rude when I checked in. They put me in a room and made me wait an hour when there was no one else there. Not one person in the lobby and only 4 cars in the parking lot. The exam room was dirty as the paper on the table was clearly used. It was wrinkled with a butt print on it. The nurse actually told me to sit on a dirty exam table. The doctor that finally came in spent 5 minutes with me only to shrug her shoulders and say I don't know and then offered me a dangerous prescription which I said no to. So she offered another one that, upon researching at home, is in the same family as the one I turned down and has the same dangerous side effects. Don't waste your time with this place. I hear the place down the road on the corner of GT and 377 is much better than this place. Waste of time, money and an entire personal day off work to wait to even receive a phone call only to be told two more hours. Btw- the shortage of nurses and doctors across the nation is due to them quitting because they refused to be injected with experimental gene therapy to keep their jobs. I have many friends in the medical field, and all of the ones that have quit were for this reason and this reason only.

Do Not waste ur time at this location. Go else where. The lil girl at the fron end that answers the phone named JC is the rudest I have ever had to deal with. I was trying to put my daughter on the online check in for a spot an I didn't understand the time situation an I called an she answered an was very rude an said I can't predict the future ( WTH) an hung up on me so I called again to talk to a manager an again hung up again now no one answered my calls this is very unprofessional an this staff needs to learn respect an how to talk to the ones calling an please don't be rude we are coming in cause we are sick an if u don't like ur job then get a new one please teach ur employees compassion an manners
