Dr. Jack Cohen's Online Review Report Card

We will never be back to Dr. Cohen's office. He and his staff have zero sympathy for patients who are going through a crisis. Just because they see it everyday, and it may not be a big deal to them, they treat the patient like what they're going through is nothing. They are so willing to get me in-and-out in 8 minutes for my follow-up and collect my $50.00 co-pay, just for Dr. Cohen to ask me how I'm feeling and tell me to come back in 2 more months. But when my other family member is having an emergency, and is more uncomfortable than they have ever been, they make them wait in the lobby for 20-plus minutes PAST her scheduled appointment, knowing that they has to get back to work. Just because you and your staff see something on a daily basis, doesn't mean that the person experiencing it isn't miserable. Learn to show some sympathy.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Cohen for a better part of 15 years now never thought about writing a review but what motivates me now is how well he’s taking care of me over the years very thoughtful very thorough and he explained to me very clearly of the treatments and what to expect with the outcomes i’ve work outside construction most of my life I’ve been exposed to the sun and especially lately he has discovered small specs of skin cancer which by getting them in the early stages increases the chance of positive outcome. and when I need an appointment they work me in And Erika Dr. Cohen’s nurse also makes it very clear what the doctor will be doing and finally and most importantly I like the manner Of Dr. Cohen you feel more than just a patient with him

Dr. Cohen was amazing and discovering I was breaking out into hives because of over the counter allergy medicine combine with my RA meds during sun exposure and put me on a prescription strength allergy medication. I have been getting my prescription refilled for a year but now they won’t let me refill due to the fact I need to come in for a yearly visit. When I tried to explain the staff that answered my call I was interrupted in mid sentence then when I brought it to her attention she argued back. I got very hostile because of this and was rerouted to another staff member that I thought was helping me by send me a medical release to sign so I could give all documents to my family physician to take over this. I never received it, so I went in next day to sign the form I was polite and not the least bit hateful and the two staff members started smirking at each other as if I didn’t know what they were doing. It’s very sad that workers these days don’t get the concept to treat the patients with more respect! So the reason for my 1 star is for the staff not Dr. Cohen himself.

Very friendly staff. It's very nice to have a Dr (Dr. Cohn) spend the time to actually talk to you and answer any questions you might have. In today's world we're everyone is in such a hurry, Dr. Cohn is a breath of fresh air. If your looking for a great dermatologist, look no further than Dr. Cohen. You won't be disappointed....

Dr. Cohen and staff are great. Dr. Cohen is very knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate. He always explains all the options available and the patient decides on therapy. His staff is amazing. From the front office to the exam room staff. They seem to anticipate and prepare ahead of time for everything. Very pleasant experience for some sometimes not the most pleasant problems. I’d recommend Keller Dermatology to all family, friends, and strangers.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Cohen for a variety of things for 10 years. He is great. He thoroughly explains everything and all options. I wish there were more doctors like him.
