I had been searching for a new provider who would listen to my hormonal/menopause concerns. Two visits and I am thrilled at the thoroughness, attention to detail, and simply listening to my concerns. I am excited to start my journey that addresses my symptoms because no two women are alike. Josette was phenomenal and I feel blessed that I will be visiting this office more. Then entire staff are professional and kind!

Before coming to Embody Health, I didn’t really understand what was happening with my body, and honestly, it felt confusing and overwhelming. But Chrissy and the team have made everything make so much more sense. They’ve helped me learn about my cycle, hormones, and how to actually take care of my body in a way that feels doable. I’ve gained so much confidence in myself, and I don’t feel alone or embarrassed to ask questions anymore. They really listen and make me feel comfortable every time I’m there. I’ve learned things I know I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. 💕

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. These women absolutely care for me in the most genuine way possible. I always look forward to my visits and it feels more like visiting a spa rather than a Doctor's office. My health has greatly improved since I've found Chrissy and her team. My bloodwork and my general overall sense of wellbeing has changed in a short time period.

Embody Health is that place that we all dream about finding; a healthcare team that is looking at the WHOLE of a woman's body, not just test results. To a greater point, understanding women. I found this facility while searching for OBGYN care in the area. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and my first appointment was a thorough intake of all of my medical AND obstetric/gynecology history. As women age, things change. The recommendations and guidance are so noisy and convoluted, it can be really tough filtering through it and figuring out how to help our bodies. Embody Health, specifically Josette, walked me through my labs (good and bad) and implemented a natural and medical approach to help address concerns. I never felt pushed one way or another but still felt like I received excellent guidance. I had so many questions and they were patiently and thoroughly answered. I am so grateful to have found a healthcare provider that cares very much for our bodies as a whole, not just another patient in the waiting room.

Chrissy and her whole team are so kind, compassionate and supportive of your health journey. It’s been a pleasure to see them regularly to help me with some long term health concerns that other providers have brushed off over the years. I wholeheartedly recommend this office if you are looking for a holistic approach to your health.

This is me being 100% honest. If you want to go here, schedule with Chrissy. Lily seems nice but she will mock you for doing your own health research, use your words against you, and push antidepressants in your face when your hormones aren’t even close to balanced yet. It took me a lot of courage to speak my truth with my experience here. And the front desk Jennifer lady was EXTREMELY rude to me as well.

For 15 years, I have had my PCOS symptoms over looked by providers. In fact, I didn’t get a diagnosis until after my second child was born. Because I didn’t fit the physical description, I was told I couldn’t have PCOS and that the only thing to “fix” my symptoms was taking birth control. Which I didn’t want to do. I like a mix of western approach with holistic. I don’t want to just take prescriptions that address symptoms, and I don’t want to just be told I need 7 supplements a day. I met chrissy in April of 2025. In my first visit, she took her time, listened to me, took detailed notes, she expressed empathy and validated all of my concerns. With lab work, supplements for my root issues and working with my endocrinologist separately, I am having such great improvement in my PCOS symptoms and insulin regulation. Chrissy is also helping me with trying to conceive. She is a jack of all trades and I am so thankful for her - and the wonderful staff at Embody. Everyone is great. I highly recommend going, especially if you have hormonal issues that you feel aren’t being addressed.
