Dr Lane has been my PCP for over 20yrs. Even though I live an hour away from the facility now, I refuse to change doctors because she’s just that amazing always friendly, thoughtful and caring. Dr. Lane takes the time to explain things and answers any and all questions I never feel rushed or like I don’t matter.

The worst experience I’ve had and I’ll be looking for another provider and facility. I leave messages that are never returned. My prescriptions don’t get refilled without an explanation. This is just not together enough for me. I don’t feel the caring and concern for patients as described by other folks. I’ll take my good insurance and money elsewhere:

Very thorough and concerned about her patients. I drive from Grapevine,TX to see her in Ft Worth.
I love Dr. Lane. She is very thorough and takes great care of her patients.
I have been a patient of Dr. Lane for several years. I am going through breast cancer now . Dr. Lane has prayed with me! Taken her time with me! She even called me on a Saturday night to see how I was doing when I was experiencing bronchitis and some other issues. My only concern is the time I have to wait.

Dr. Lane is an excellent physician, sincere and thorough. I feel fortunate to have her as my physician and gladly recommend her to others. A friend and I were praising our doctor when we finally realized that we both go to Dr. Lane.
I never receive my test results in a timely manner. It is rare that I get a phone call to follow up on my appointment status or lab results. I may get a letter 2 weeks later. I am very frustrated. I believe that this office administration loads too many patients in on one day thus causing a huge scheduling problem. There are many times that I have to wait an hour and a half to see the doctor which doesn’t seem fair to those of us who have an appointment. She is a great doctor when she is in the room with you, but once you leave there is no follow up.
Dr. Lane is a great doctor. She is very thorough, she has offered to pray over me many times and I really love that. My only criticism is that her office does not manage appointments very well. Anytime you go to see her, you will wait at minimum an hour and 20 minutes before you get to see her. That can really mess up the day. They need to work on better time management of their patients or a way to communicate with their patients when they are running behind.
Dr. Lane allowed her nurse to suclude me into a room and verbally attack me regarding an appointment mix up on the office part. Her nurse ultimately tried to start a physical confrontation with me by putting her hands in my face after I repeatedly ask her to back out of my personal space and remove her hand from my face. Another nurse thankfully walked in while Allison was in my face and she then charged out of the room. The nurse that stopped the confrontation sat me down, because I was very emotional and shaken up and apologized. She told me that, I would be seen and again was very apologetic. Dr. Lane came in I proceeded to tell her what happened while I was literally in tears and she blew it off. I told her that I wanter to file a complaint against Allison. Lane told me, that she would let the nurse manager know about the situation. Two weeks later I get a certified letter saying due to a breakdown in patient/physician relationship she could know longer provide me with care. I'm in total disbelief! I wouldn't by any means recommend this doctor, due to the shocking behavior from her and the nurse Allison. BEWARE!
I had an horrible experience a few weeks ago that left me in tears. I had and appointment with Doctor Lane regarding a medication checkup. It usually only takes 10 mins tops. Afterward she sends the prescriptions to the pharmacy. I went to check in at the desk with the receptionist. She looked in the computer and said I wasn't on the schedule. They mix up appointment dates all the time. I told the receptionist to tell the doctor that I needed my prescriptions filled. Long story short the receptionist when back and forth with the doctor and her nurse for about 30 mins. Then the nurse Allison came to the door and called my name. She directed me to the patients room, she shut the door with her hand planted on the door handle. She started yelling at me stating that Lane didn't want to see me and I needed to reschedule. I asked her, why was she blocking the door and what was the reason she called me into the room? Obviously, she was trying to intimidate me. She said, "Its because they wanted me to leave the office. She walked toward me put her hand in my face, I immediately told her to remove her hand from near my face. Another nurse thankfully walked in and said "What is going on" the nurse Allison walked out of the room. The nurse apologized repeatedly and said that I would be seen by Lane. Lane came in the room and didn't want to hear what happened to me. I was in tears, Lane totally blew me off. I then receive a letter from Lane certified stating she couldn't continue on as my doctor. I was unbelievably SHOCKED. Dr. Lane nurse Allison was trying to start a physical confrontation. As a doctor it is unfathomable that she would totally disregard me and then release me as a patient, after I was verbally and nearly physically abused. Warning Dr. Lane didn't care about my safety as a patient. You're taking a huge gamble with Lane and her nurse Allison.
I'm 61 years old and in my 40 year career in medical administration I cannot think of any other physician more empathetic, compassionate, and qualified. The group she is with presents challenges, but the level of care received is more than worth the effort

Not sure why the old comments were negative, but Doctors are in high demand, and good ones in even higher demand. Dr. Lane always takes the time to explain things but doesn't waste time. I went to her after bad experiences with a couple of others and she has been fantastic.
