The staff does not listen to what you say. The office has been updated at the Glenview office but still has that 1950's look to it. They avoid giving you an answer. The office and care are from the 1950's.

My doctor and her assistant are amazing! The receptionists however…. always answers the phone with an attitude and is rude for no reason. I’m always patient and kind no matter what and they still talk to me with no respect right off the bat. I genuinely love my doctor and think she helps a lot but due to this, I’m contemplating on leaving and I’ve only been here for a few months. Was referred by other members of my family. Very nice staff, genuine concern for your care, doctor pointed out things throughout the exam and asked questions. Recommended things to help with conditions in my medical history even though i want being seen specifically for that. Overall a pleasant experience.

I see Dr. SANA Muntajibuddin, she is wonderful ! Always pleasant, warm, and kind, as well as her staff. Very knowledgeable of her work. Always a pleasure to see my doctor.

Front office answering staff for calls are very rude. They do not even listen to your whole conversation. They just mention sorry office closed... Dr. Parlee is unavailable and not sure what Tara has told you but this is emergencies only... and then just hangs up. I couldn't even get her name because of how loud she was but mumbled a lot. I understand it's the holidays but there is no need for you to have such an attitude and hang up. Y'all need to have more customer service skills. Dr. Kristen Stevenson us the best. I’m so blessed to have found a primary care physician that is so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She takes her time with her patients and made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend her. -Kelly

I seen Dr Sana Muntajibuddin, from The Keller location, at the Colleybille location during after hours. She was very helpful, patient and made me feel important and comfortable. She was very kind and answered all my questions with my small procedure.
