Dr McNeely was quick to put me on Fosomax, due to results on a bone density test. I never took the Fosomax. Just repeated my bone density test, bone density test was normal. Not happy.

Terrible My daughter was diagnosed with Covid on Monday. She was told by the clinic where she tested that she should call her doctor to get medicine. She immediately called Dr. McNeely's office and left a message. She didn't hear back, so she called several hours later and had to leave a message. My husband called at 4:30 and they had closed so he left a message with the answering service. Supposedly they close at 5:00. Three calls on Tuesday and still no return call or medicine. My mother had just been released from the hospital after being there for 12 days fighting for her life in the ICU, all from Covid. The 6th time my daughter called, the receptionist said," They are all in the clinic helping patients and I don't know what else to say." My daughter is also a patient with a potentially deadly virus, and she is also her patient. This is completely unacceptable and it would be very difficult to recommend anyone in this office.

She was pretty rude to me. As much as I don’t want to spend too much time with a doctor I felt that she wasn’t thorough enough. I could go into specifics but will refrain. Will be seeing someone else for future appointments.

I found Dr. McNeely to be very rude and didn't seem to care about my needs. I caught her looking at the clock three times. I gave her another chance and found her to be just as rude and cold the second visit. I will not be going back, nor will my family. A doctor should make her patient feel heard and valued. This was not the case with Dr. McNeely.
