We love Dr. Toloza, she has cared for our kids on multiple occasions and really helped my son when he was having an allergic reaction. Her expertise put us at ease and we wouldn’t hesitate to see her in the future.

Dr. Toloza is an amazing and caring physician. Our daughter was taken to the ER following an accident at school and she thoroughly examined her. We even received a few personal follow-up calls from her. Dr. Toloza even saw our daughter where she worked and asked how she was doing and to contact her with any problems. Not many ER physicians can remember every patient they see and express sincere concern. She is a true blessing to PRMC.

There aren’t enough positive words I can say about Dr. T! She took care of me when I was in the ER and not once showed anything less than the upmost compassion towards me. She listened and had me feeling better quickly and efficiently. There’s no doubt she has such a passion for her career and patients! Peterson is blessed to have her!

I was in the ER with my brother recently and have to say how much I love my local hospital. It’s important for me to feel I am cared for by competent, compassionate professionals. Dr. Eileen Toloza is an amazing woman. We were greeted with warmth. She kept us updated. She shared her expertise, knowledge and her heart to make sure we got the care he needed. I would recommend her highly.

Dr. Toloza is an amazing doctor! She was very attentive to my issue. She took the time to listen to me and explained thoroughly her plan for treatment. If you find yourself in need of emergency medical care in the Kerrville area - I hope you find yourself in the care of Dr. Toloza and her team.

Recently, my son suffered a football injury. After a week of “milking it” in hopes of it fixing itself, we decided a trip to the ER was needed. Upon our arrival, we were quickly placed in a room, and within moments, we were greeted by Dr. Toloza. Her bedside manner was absolutely incredible. She listened to my son, asked detailed questions, asked permission to examine his injury area, and immediately called for x-rays. She took the time to show me the details of what was found on the x-Ray and explained it all to me. Breaking the news to my son that football season was over for him was not what we wanted, but Dr. Toloza did so in a very kind and compassionate way! She took a precious picture with my son at the end of our visit, and even gave us a follow-up call a week after his visit to make sure we had followed up with an orthopedic dr. We were in and out of the ER within an hour, but the care received and felt by my son from Dr. Toloza was like that of a “mother” taking care of her child with zero time limit on the table! So thankful for our experience with Dr. Toloza!
