Nursing staff was extremely helpful answering questions. Dr Arellano is extremely thorough and takes your symptoms seriously.
Not a user friendly office. Just watched them send an old lady out the door because she had nobody to fill out her paperwork 2 girls in office not much traffic plus they do not return phone calls when you call in with med. question
Excellent. Dr. Arellano was very thorough and ordered ECG (abnormal), nuclear stress (abnormal) and heart catheterization, as well as an ultrasound of the carotid and an echo-cardiogram. All of the Peterson Medical teams were fantastic. I had a good outcome and I'm very grateful. She also helped me with some other issues.
Sent for calcium score and they never gave me medication that you take prior. Did not check with my insurance and preauthorize, that came 3 months after fact and 8 months later still was dealing with insurance. Referred to another specialist but they a month later still have not sent referral despite repeated phone calls. Nurse said dr never wrote in chart, but would follow up except never did.
Was told I needed immediate femoral artery procedure (stent) the following Monday to be performed by an associate cardiologist. Odd that a cardiologist would perform that, I asked my daughter (CRNP), and cancelled the procedure. Subsequently, a vacular surgeon said that would have been a serious mistake, because constant movement in the groin region of the proposed stent would have caused it to break down. Further, no blockage was discovered, thus negating any requirement for a stent, et al.
I was seen in January 2016 and my insurance has still not been filed as of April 20. I have contacted the billing departed at least 8 times with no success in getting claim filed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
