List of Karsten G. Tucker's Reviews
Would not go to this practice. One visit, I was asked to come in thirty minutes early. An hour and a half later I saw the nurse. An hour after that I saw Karsten for five whole minutes. I come back after Covid and wait thirty minutes to see him. He ignores my statement that I have bad asthma and need medication (and of course there are no notes I even have asthma) and focuses on weight loss (an issue I did ask about). I come back today and get hit with a surprise bill I never heard of, never got billed for or even saw mentioned once. I pay it and go in only to find out that there's no record I have asthma. The nurse, I will say, was unfairly treated by me and I do wish to say I'm sorry. To my nurse: It isn't your fault. But I won't be going back and do not recommend this practice to anyone.
Dr tucker won't even call a patient 😒
When I chose Dr. Karsten Tucker to be my two teenage daughters' doctor, I was under the wrong assumption that he was actually a "she". Initially, the girls were horrified that their male doctor would ask them embarrassing questions. However, he was very sensitive, kind and professional. Our experience with him was always very positive. He's a nice man.
Horrible experience Dr Tucker over books his patients and the wait is terrible. Over an hour and a half. So unprofessional . Will never return .
Both attempts to see Dr. Tucker resulted in over a 1 hour wait to see him at my scheduled appointment time. Giving Dr. Tucker the benefit of the doubt after my disappointing first visit, my second visit proved to be just as frustrating as my first visit. After waiting over 1 hour in his examination room, I had no choice to leave without treatment in order to make other schedule commitments. I understand that health care treatment can be difficult to deliver to a fixed schedule..however more efficient scheduling and simple communication would have gone a long way to delivering a much more positive patient experience.
He is a nice guy and took care of the problem I had. So there isn't much more to say. Oh yes the waiting time wasn't too long, so this was good as well. And now we have a first to review out of that. Go and check him out when you need a new doctor and you might like him as well.
I have had him for a PCP 3+ years and am very satisfied with his professionalism and humanitarian nature. I have full trust in him. ?? His office staff is another story. ??
I have seen Dr Tucker now for almost 11 years if not 12. I love him and don't want to see anyone else.I am a Nurse and he listens to my suggestion and then reviews what he thinks. My whole family has been with him from my mom to my grandmother which are both deceased now. He has me and my brother now. I have not been a easy patient due to neck and back problems and he got me to the right people. Plus when I was scared to death with problems, he is just so caring that it puts your mind at rest. And very understanding of what you are feeling. I don't want to see anyone else but Dr Tucker. Plus understanding to family when we lost my grandmother, but mainly my mom. I just feel that he knows my history that could not have been explained or understood by anyone else. He is quick to notify you when something is wrong. Some people may gripe because he takes to long, but that is because he is so through and if your the patient, you want as all you questions answered. And he does this. He is 5 star for me and my family.
I have been a patient of Dr. Tucker for over 12 years. He is kind, patient, careful. He doesn't over prescribe. He doesn't raise alarms or request unecessary tests. He always gives me his full attention, with the most professional bedside manner.
Deceptively charged me for things I did not go in to see him for. He brought up topics during a routine physical and then charged me for them.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
