Dr. Wilson and Holly are great, but their front desk person is the most uncaring medical receptionist I've ever dealt with. My internet would not let me into the online appointment and I called for help and she was rude, uncaring and unhelpful. She suggested I go to another sleep care center and even gave me a phone number. I've used Dr. Wilson and her PA Holly for years but am leaving this clinic. ...

Her billing is entirely inappropriate. She bills the insurance for multiples of the quoted cash price and bills for CPAP supplies that have never been ordered. Indeed, the products sent do not even match her billing. This physician is bad news stay away from here. She bills for out-of-network providers as if she was the provider.

This business is a sham. They sent me equipment for my at home sleep study which I used per there instructions and returned promptly. The Dr. never contacted me or provided my the results of my study or an invoice. Then they sent me to collections Terrible business management, look elsewhere for service

Tracy at the front desk is extremely unprofessional! Too lazy to pick up the phones, EVEN when the actual doctor leaves a voicemail to speak to my husband. My husband calls back and she talks over him, gives him no explanations to her answers, and has an attitude. He already went in for a consultation, all he needed was the referral to proceed. She interrupts him and talks OVER him, claiming they have never seen him before. Bizarre behavior. And on top of all that gets an attitude when needing to do her actual job. Don’t give receptionist jobs to MEAN GIRLS who, I’m sure only peeked in high school. Customer service is everything! Your job is very basic miss TRACY, you just have to be nice, so I suggest you learn how to do it! Go back to high school and learn some soft skills.

They have always been extremely helpful thru testing, getting my CPAP and follow up appointments.

Hands down the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with!

Dr Wilson is passionate about sleep health. For four years she and staff make me feel like I have all the time in the world when we talk. They are present and interested and interesting too - very current with new schools of thought. Refills prompt, issues rapidly addressed- and gentle but firm guidance when my sleep hygiene veered during covid. What a help it was to have had that redirection from a doctor and PA I trust to guide me. Be patient in the beginning there is a protocol that takes a bit to regulate itself in the beginning of sleep study and meds. Rest assured you are absolutely in capable hands and Dr. Wilson will walk side by side with you until your out the other side of bumpy times and on into fabulous sleep health!

She never called me back and expects you to just take her word for it for any questions you have. Fire her or you’ll be losing a lot more than just customers ...

This office and Kerrville will not return phone calls. My CPAP has been readjusted and my pressures need to be lowered they will not lower my pressures they doing absolutely nothing. I have attended many many times. I call them in Kerrville and my phone is routed to Austin Texas and I have to Leave a message. My calls are never returned. Just be very very weary of Sleep Doctors and Kerrville.
