One of the best Physicians in Kerrville! Our relationship started slow, but that was my fault, not Dr.Alders. His predecessor, who became ill, was the physician I initially chose to be my PCP. He was brilliant! I did not handle the change of physicians as a professional should, and it reflected in the way I treated Dr. Alder. That was my mistake, I regret, and I told Dr. Alder so. He deserved better! He turned out to be a Godsend for this patient and Kerrville. He went above and beyond to help me, and although we did not always see eye to eye, he always told it like it was, and he was usually right. Thank you, Sir, for being so compassionate to this older patient. Rob PS: His nurse Martha is a natural-born nurse and nurturer. She was born to help others, and it shows.

Dr Alder is amazing. Compassionate, caring. Kind. Tell him what’s goin on he goes over and beyond to help his patients. He is a wonderful intelligent Dr. I’m blessed to have Dr Alder the past 3yrs Thank you Doc! The Staff is all amazing helpful kind and compassionate as well from the lab, nurses Reception They always take care of us Thank y’all !!!

Doctor Alder is very through, knowledgeable, professional and personable. He knows his stuff and takes the time to answer your questions that u ask. He has been a gr8 help to me with my list of problems and has helped me to understand a lot of things I'm dealing with. He has also hired very nice and professional office staff and nurse.

Dr. Alder came into the room licking his lips and swallowing food. He barely acknowledged me, looking at my chart and not me. Then when he did look at me he called me by a name other than my own. He had the wrong chart and had to go get my chart. He was very ODD to say the least.

Dr. Elder is very thorough, knowledgeable and considerate! The office staff are generally pleasant and considerate as well

Has been my entire families Doc for the past year. I am a Permanently Disabled Vet with a host of serious medical conditions. He manages to hit every item each time he sees me. My wife and older kids trust him greatly. You will know for sure after seeing him that he holds no punches, is extremely honest, and incredibly knowledgable. With that, he is not afraid to tell you he will have to look that one up. We are blessed to have found Dr Alder, and will follow him to his next office

Dr. Alder has to be one of the finest doctors I have ever met, he is the reason my husband is alive and I can not express my gratitude for him. Thank you from our family, the Courtock's (Sheri, wife, Amber, our daughter and our two grandsons Hunter and Cody)

Friend and doctor best in USA!!

I cannot believe how inefficient this office has become. They never send out referrals on time, and they make very lame excuses as to why after 9 days nothing has been done. It's no wonder that the person who does referrals "quit." The front office is horrid.
