Dr. Melcher is never in a hurry. She listens. She is open to discussion about various procedures. Donna, her office staff, is helpful, friendly and listens to concerns about dealing with pharmacies, and medication patient programs.

Dr. Melcher is very professional but if you overpay based on what her office tells you your bills are before insurance is filed don't expect to get a refund. As a Doctor, I would recommend Dr. Melcher, but for the rest of the experience, I would avoid at all costs because refunds are not something her office does after several months of requests.

This doctor does not need new patients so it would seem. My doctor sent a referral but I never received a phone call. If this doctor is not taking on new patients then just day so! I have moved on but any body considering this doctor should be cautious and review your options.
