From the front desk to the doctor I had an excellent experience! The nurse was simply wonderful, she has been there 20 years and really knows her stuff. Dr. Guerra was very pleasant and efficient. He answered all my questions and I loved his attitude! What a great experience!

He has cataract surgery on both of my eyes and on both of my husband’s eyes. He also did surgery on one of my mother’s eyes after she had a terrible experience with another doctor. We have had zero problems. We also go to him for our yearly exams. His staff is friendly and efficient. We have gone to him for at least 25 years and have been very happy,

Really unfriendly staff. The nurse was pretty rude. "Sir, I just want you to say "Yes or No"", don't explain yourself and waste my precious time. Plus. really, they ONLY care about being able to collect their fee .. Never again

Poor service. The Nurse in charge of the visit was really unfriendly,. Mr. Guerra was in the office for a whole 60 seconds, ready to talk about Cataract Surgery that, one day, may be needed .. before he left. Total waste of time!

Dr. Guerra was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. I listened to him and how he dealt with his patients and I was very impressed on how consistent he was. His assistant was very nice. She informed him Dr. Guerra on my condition and they worked well together. I would highly recommend him and he will be my first choice in the future. His attitude is commendable and he treats everyone with respect.

They are definitely not the friendliest office, the staff is rude…. especially his assistant Angela. I think she was an auctioneer at one point because she explains things so fast that you cannot understand and she doesn’t care!! She is very rude and intimidating to elderly people, the most unprofessional office I have ever been in, I would recommend some customer service training for the staff!
