It December 2014 Dr. Paul Velinza removed my large toe nail and also my second toenail without my consent it's been it has been since then and it still has not healed I was burned severely by the medication he used I continued to go in appointment after appointment to try to get it to heal due to my diabetes I was afraid I could lose my toe I would not recommend him to anybody
