I am very excited my surgery went so well I've told my sister and other friends and family that I couldn't believe it I walked out of the hospital and in the past I had back surgery and it took me a year and a half to walk My Dr Sharma is a blessing to me I recommend seeing Dr Sharma to people

Dr. Sharma has been nothing but professional and his staff is very helpful, i have been pleased with him and what he's been able to do for me.

Back problems for me began more than fifteen years ago. At that time injections alleviated the pain for a few months, but after a while, injections did not do the trick. I then tried the spinal stimulator. No success. Then came my first surgery, a widening of the nerve canal (that' s in laymans' terms). That didn't help much either, and I had resigned myself to living the rest of my life with chronic back pain. Then, through a friend, I met Dr Sharma. At that time I could not stand or walk for more than 10 minutes at a time, and when shopping, I would rush to find a cart that would give me some support. Now, after Dr Sharma's recommended treatments, I can stand and walk for more than 45 minutes at a time and no longer have to look for a cart to support me when I shop. Dr Sharma is a wounderfull kind Dr.He has a genuine interest in his patients.He is easy to talkto. I feel he cares .I had a previous spinal fusion done by another dr .Dr Sharma explained my mri and cat scans.Dr Sharma explored other less invasive options to cure my severe pain.A few weeks ago I had a procedure done in the Legent hospital ,by Dr Sharma.I have been treated so well by Dr Sharma and all his staff.The surgery in the Legent hospital was a good experience ,because of the very good Dr I had ,and the amazing staff of the Legent hospital.Ihave spoken to many other people as I waited for my appointment time to come in Dr Sharma's office.Everyone I spoke to feel like I do that Dr Sharma helped them be free of pain.I feel that Dr Sharma has stopped my severe pain,and I now just have some surgical pain,which is normal.I am looking forward to taking a trip to see my family in Ireland now ,when before this I was not able to walk around my house.Thank you Dr for everything you have done for me and God bless you .I highly recommend Dr Sharma .

I really like Dr. Sharma and found him to be very friendly, concerned, interested in my issues and easy to talk to. I had the MILD procedure with him and things are definitely looking up with my back. I see the other reviews here and can't imaging what happened with those people but my own experiences have been very good. I have recommended him to my brother-in-law also.

My best friend went to this so called doctor and he is so rude! Shouldnt even be a dam doctor !

I would not recommend this Dr. his treatments are over priced and not worth it

I moved to Kerrville in 2018 and asked Dr. Sharma in 2019 for care for back and shoulder pain following an auto accident in 2008 that caused 3 fractured lumbar vertebrae and a fractured shoulder joint. He prescribed the 4 meds (2 opioids) for several month and recommended a Spinal Cord Stimulator. I resisted at first but eventually agreed. After a trial, he performed the final implantation. On the day of the implantation, he informed me that I would no longer need opioids (even though the SCS manufacturer's FDA trial study showed that only 35% of patients were able to completely stop opioids) and if in 1 month I could not stop the opioids I would be referred to an addiction specialist. This was not explained prior to the SCS implantation. I consulted an addiction specialist who evaluated my condition and determined I had a legitimate pain condition where opioids were indicated in addition to the SCS. My conclusion was that Dr. Sharma was only interested in gaining the fees from implanting a device and not interested in wholistic pain management if it required opioids post device implantation.

Avoid this company. Had been a patient there over two years. Long office waits, long lead times to get appointments. Had an appointment this week to receive a non-surgical steroid injection to ease back pain. Because I took a Covid booster shot a week prior that treatment was denied, Alliance Spine and Pain referenced the CDC guidelines that steroids may lessen the effectiveness of the booster, serious science. I remind them Covid vaccines and boosters are optional and personal choice, I can always get another booster later. Service denied by the nursing staff and practitioner. Dr Sharma is a great doctor once you get to him through the bureaucracy, his practice has gotten too big & inefficient.
