I am a physician, who recently had a cardiac stent placed by Dr. Nairooz. He is personable and understanding, but most importantly, he is a skilled cardiologist. You are in good hands with him.

In April, 2019 my wife was having severe pain in her left shoulder and numbness in her left arm. I called my Cardiologist, Dr. Ramez Nairooz and his Nurse, Lorretta King strongly recommended taking her to emergency at St. Davids. We arrived at 10:00 am and Dr. Nairooz diagnosed a stopage of blood through a previously installed stent in her left shoulder. The doctor tried several procedures during the day to correct the problem with only partial success. Unfortunately, my wife problem was getting worse with a lack of any movement or feeling in her left arm. This was about 6:30 pm and Dr. Nairooz was still with her, but the hospital catheter group had went home, so he called them back in to try an additional procedure. Finally at 11:00 pm the whole group of doctors and technicians rolled my wife back into her ICU room completely free from blockage. We will be eternally grateful to Dr. Nairooz, his nurse and the staff at St. David's Hospital for their dedication and service.
