I just can't say enough about this man and his staff. I been dealing with a horrible cough and congestion for a long time. I have seen many specialist and had many test done with no results. Dr Ramirez found my problem and for 1st in I don't how long, I'm able to breathe and not coughing or congested, I was at a point of giving up and just accepting it. If you any doubts or can't get results go see Dr. Ramirez and you will never feel better. So much compassion and completely care. When you go to him you will have the best.

Customer service is not good at all. Dr was okay..seemed to be concerned about teaching a student more than seeing my husband as the patient. Will not be returning. Had to call the office sharing the building with them to get a simple call back. As a manager for an eye dr even if we are short staffed we still return phone calls to the patients within a timely manner.

Even though he was unable to help me, only because what was happening needed further evaluation from a numerologist he was very thorough in my exam and listened to my concerns before referring me out. I appreciate him taking the time to see me. Office staff were nice and pleasant to deal with.

Could not get past sinus surgery not being available in the office. I liked this doctor, but he was set on doing things his way and not listening to the patient.

Dr. Ramirez removed a skin cancer today from my scalp and did a fabulous job. I was nervous but he and his assistants made me feel at ease.

IF I could put no stars i would towards the "professional patient care staff" they clearly think no one can hear them talking bad about people arriving, through the tiny thin walls. I simply asked questions and it almost seemed like if I was asking for to much.If I was Rameriez, I would get a whole new "professional patient care staff" they don't take their job seriously. Office staff is very rude and has absolutely no consideration for the patient and patients family. I tried to have my husband seen due to severe ear pain and was told I could not go back with him. My husband suffers from PTSD and claustrophobia. His staff was completely unwilling to accommodate for his circumstances.
