List of Thomas E. Ducker's Reviews
After an attack of diverticulitis, my primary physician sent a referral to to Dr. Ducker. Even though I was in pain Dr. Ducker's office would not see me for approx. 6 weeks. And before the office would even schedule an appt., and with my primary physician's referral, they required that I complete their patient paper work which I did -- but still no improvement on the appt. date. I tried completing the paper work on line, but as I was about to submit it, the system deleted it. The receptionist sent me the forms to complete and email. I did this and sent in the forms; she wrote back that there were two more sheets that she had omitted. Told her I would bring those two to the appt. but no -- had to have these two additional sheets before she could schedule an appt. Sent the two additional sheets and she scheduled the previously mentioned appt. for about six weeks out. She also told me that I should not be interacting with her any longer -- I should be using the Athenahealth patient portal. I set up the portal and used the portal at least once to inquire about whether Dr. Ducker had had any cancellations. When I tried using the portal again at about a month before the appt., the portal was "down" or, at least, it would not connect as it had done previously. When I called Dr. Ducker's office, the receptionist took my information about the portal and said she'd put in a "trouble ticket" to Athenahealth. And she asked me what my current problem was. I told her I'd been to the emergency room twice and had had two CT scans, the second scan indicating acute diverticulitis -- she said she'd pull and show the report to Dr. Ducker -- have not heard about Dr. Ducker's review after a week has passed. And the portal is still not connecting. I cancelled my appt. with Dr. Ducker today -- I'd almost rather deal with the diverticulitis than deal with his office. Clyde Ronald Jones, Jan. 12, 2021
Was referred here via Triwest for VA community care. The billing was to go to Triwest and instead they billed me. The number on the bill went to a personal cellphone and when Triwest tried to reach them the mailbox was full. I managed to get a call back on the message. They don’t know what they’re doing for this program. Good doctor. However if your a veteran please don’t use them for Triwest.
Dr Duckers nurse Jennifer is very rude. Too bad because I like Dr Ducker, but I’m switching doctors .
Dr. Ducker and his office staff are top notch. Clear instructions, responsive to questions, knowlegeable of current practices/medications and sincerely patient-centered.
very knowledgeable , friendly staff, top doctor
i HAVE BEEN LED DOWN MANY PATHS, AND TODAY I FEEL I HAVE FOUND THE DR WHO WILL REALLY HEAL ME! I'VE BEEN TERRIBLY SICK FOR A YEAR. I NEED THE REPIEIVE OUT OF THIS TUNNEL!!!! FRANCES
Had two procedures done recently on the same day. The entire staff couldn't have been more caring and professional. I didn't think procedures could be handled so well, until I visited the Peterson Ambulatory Care Center and Dr. Ducker. Kudos.
I feel Dr. Doug is an excellent. I wish I could say the same for his staff. I found them to be very unreliable.
He is a fantastic Dr. He has been my Dr. for the past 8 years and I would not use anyone else. He is very knowledgeable and caring.
Dr. Ducker and his staff are so passionate about what they do. They are professional, knowledgeable, caring, thorough, and have great personalities. Both the doctor and his staff treat patients with respect and go above and beyond to see patients are taken care of and happy with their care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
