The staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, marked by rudeness and prejudice, particularly towards patients facing financial constraints and those seeking assistance with aftercare equipment. I encountered a lack of empathy and understanding when discussing the challenges of affording necessary equipment for aftercare. The staff’s dismissive attitude was disheartening, and their failure to offer guidance or support reflected a concerning lack of compassion. Moreover, their limited knowledge about medical insurance added to the frustration. It became evident that the staff was ill-equipped to provide clear information or assistance regarding insurance matters. This lack of expertise added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. Professionalism in healthcare settings is paramount, and it was disappointing to witness behavior that fell far below the expected standards. Patients deserve respect, dignity, and assistance, regardless of their financial circumstances. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more compassionate and knowledgeable approach from the office staff in the future.

Trying to get ahold of anyone in this office is ridiculous. I have been calling for three days. It always goes to answering service, and they never call back. I got ahold of someone today and she had no idea what to do with Tricare insurance. She left me on hold and never picked back up. Literally not even worth trying to make an appt with. I will find another provider.

he is a great podiatrist he's been working with me with my foot cuz i have cancer right now im on pause cuz of the rare and tear of my body and did a work on my foot he did a great and saving my foot and now its healing to the fullest so I recommend him
