List of Epiphany Dermatology's Reviews
I am very disappointment with the service or lack of service I received. I called the business back in Oct of 2021 and it took a week to call me back to let me know i had to get a referral just to be seen here. I called my Dr. and got the referral sent the same day. I called them again to let them know it was sent they never answered so I left a message again. The called me on November 17 2021 to schedule me for Jan 3rd 2022. About two weeks prior to me appointment I called and left a message inquiring about the appointment never got an answer so left another message. The day of my appointment Today Jan 3, 2022 they called first thing in the morning 8am to let me know that they have to cancel my appointment and doesn't even know when they can schedule me out for a new appointment. This is very upsetting because I have waited heard such good things about this place. I did read their reviews before i even called them and this situation is very common for them (Not answering or returning calls and canceling on appointment that were set months in advanced and not having a date to when they can see you again)
My last experience was wonderful. Dr. Hatter was the best! The entire team was great. The only reason they did not get 5 stars from, is because I had an appointment 12/3, which I had been waiting on for about a month, and they called the day before and cancelled on me. I was covered from head to toe, with hives. I had to make an appointment somewhere else. But, I already had the appointment scheduled for 12/13, and I was glad I kept it. They were all awesome!
Super friendly staff and excellent Dermatologist. Best of all worlds.
Fun time was had by all.
Nice place, too bad they never answer the phone, almost never return calls and takes too long to get refills after submitting lab works.
My appointments with Epiphany Dermatology have all been very pleasant. Even though I know I am about to endure some pain, I am comforted by the kindness and caring of all that I come in contact with. My recent appointment was as pleasant as the first, but I did get some bad news. Dr. Hatter is leaving, and it truly saddens me to see him depart Epiphany Dermatology. Dr. Hatter, thank you for all you have done for me. :>)
Appointment was on-time. Staff very friendly. Dr was very kind and listened to me. Came up with a treatment the works for me.
These people are trash. I've been battling with tinea versicolor for 6 years now and doctors have misdiagnosed me all this time giving me bad advice and prescriptions as it got worse over the years. I finally find Epiphany and their website gave me hope that I might actually get the help I need. Which by the way they make it very difficult come in contact with. They dont answer your emails or phone calls at your convenience or anywhere in the near future and no ones in the office when I went to go schedule an appointment in person. And the day that I finally had an appointment and was scheduled to come in after a month of waiting they call me to reschedule the next month. I hope karma comes for their whole staff the way they treat people. I bragged to my friends and family that I was finally gonna get the help I've been looking for and they push me off another month like I'm just yesterday's trash. I really hope they get what's coming to them.
Waited a whole month to be scheduled to be seen which was a battle on it's own, only to be called on the day of to be kicked to the curb for a whole other month. I hope Karma comes for them all cause it was not easy to get a hold of them and they really disappointed me. I been battling with tinea versicolor for six years and they made me feel as bad as I look.
Dr and nurses wonderful!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
