The staff was friendly and everything went smoothly. However, they did nothing. I told them up front what I needed to get checked out and that was the only thing I asked for. They waited until I paid and then told me that they couldn't check out the issue because they didn't have the proper equipment for that. It would have been one thing if they found out through examination that I needed something else, but I told them what I needed and they went through the motions with the information that they couldn't do the one thing I asked for. This would probably be a great place to visit if they can help you. Or, at the very least, if they have the decency to turn someone away because they can't, rather than charging for a service they can't provide.

Everyone at this urgent care are very friendly and understanding. They are very thorough and try to help as much as they can. I would love to have them as my normal doctor!

I first would like to say thank you, having Integrity here in Killeen, has helped me ,because I can come by if feel ill,and they help by locating the problem and helps because I don't have to travel to Temple to the VA,and that Dave's not just gas,but along wait ,,good job .

Went in after a few days with lower back pain, and was seen fairly quickly. The front desk processed my paperwork in a timely manner. Eric was the provider handling my visit and he did so professionally and thoroughly. Once he finished his exam he explained in detail what he was prescribing and why then handed me off to Nurse Jessica for my shot, which I didn’t feel, and made sure there was no adverse reactions. Overall my visit went quicker than expected, the staff provided the necessary care swiftly and professionally.
