They do not answer the phone. I have been trying g to call for five days and I’ve been on hold for all days!!! I have asthma and need more inhalers and don’t have time to go up there and make an appointment. I have had bad symptoms from the COVID shot and I can’t even get an appointment to get checked out!!!!

I am 44 years old and she is the best doctor I have EVER been to! She has great bedside manner, is patient and LISTENS to her patients! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a GREAT local PCM!!!

Met with Dr. Latta once before deciding to look for care elsewhere. She didn't seem interested in listening to my concerns and couldn't get out of the room fast enough. The entire practice is so poorly operated that it takes several useless appts to get anything accomplished. I wasted so much time and money just trying to do basic things, like get prescriptions filled. Prescription refills took several days - sometimes a week or more - to process, IF they were processed at all.

Dr. Latta is one of the most attentive, and intelligent physicians I've ever been seen by. She listened to everything I had to say, and reviewed technical material, I brought with me, relative to my conditions. She took additional time to thoroughly explore all issues I had that were occurring. I can't recommend her highly enough, am grateful for her care, and her intelligence regarding the overall health of a patient.

If I could give a negative score I would. This woman has no business practicing medicine and should have her licensed revoked. Unfortunately, she works for a clinic that serves un insured/underinsured, and low income. These poor patients are at the mercy of her sadistic medical practice. Patients under her care are treated very badly. Their medical needs are ignored and she refuses to assist those most in need in any way. I'm not sure how she lays her head on her pillow at night knowing all the pain and suffering she inflicts on the most vulnerable in our community. Shame on you Latta and shame on the lone star circle of care to allow her to treat human beings in this way. I'm sure there is a special place for people like Tamika Latta
