Everyone at the office is very friendly, on top of it with checking insurance coverage, and there to answer all my questions. I went in for a yearly visit in order to get custom orthotics for pronation, nueromas, and planter fasciitis. The doctor looked at my feet, reviewed the X-rays, answered my questions, and explained everything very well. Another plus to this practice is they scanned my feet for the orthotics and will have them sent to their office. In the past with other locations, I have had to find a covered lab, go there with the prescription, get a foot mold created, then go back to get the orthotics. This office is a one stop shop and I don't have to do anything else to get my orthotics - very convenient! I recommend them for your foot and ankle care.

Dr. Eichelsdorfer is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor, however, some of his staff are different stories. The girl who cut my mom's toenails yesterday took a big chunk out of her toe and made it bleed and she was also hurting my mom when she was scraping between her toenail and skin and we told her it was hurting and she didn't stop or say I'm sorry or anything, even for making her bleed. This was the first time that has happened. The previous staff never did that. I would recommend Dr. Eich because he is a great doctor.

DR. E and his staff are so professional and friendly. I would absolutely advise that if you have any issues with feet or ankles to see him. He is a very caring Doctor and will answer all of your questions or concerns.

Excellent experience at Dr. Ike's office. Very timely and professional. Front desk personnel were friendly, on point and efficient. I would recommend you go to see Dr. Ike for all of your foot issues.
