I LOVE HER SHE WAS PATIENT ASKED ALOT OF QUESTIONS AND LISTENED TO ME

The absolute worst service. The answering service hung up on me twice without even giving me time to explain. My 85 year old mother is in the hospital, tested negative for Covid - 19 and is waiting on a release from primary care physician - Dr. Shepperd. My mom has been in the hospital for 3 days and still no word from the doctor. This is not the first time that this doctor has been unresponsive. Now, Dr. Shepperd has put my mom at risk - who was hurriedly moved from her wing which is full of Covid - 19 patients but can't release her because her primary care Dr. has been unresponsive.

In the past, she has lost records, made her come into the office for an issue that she was just seen for, never available to talk or consult, no one answers the phone at the office. It's absolutely the worst care.

Dr. Yllana-Shepperd gets 10 Stars from me! She is wonderful! She takes her time, is very thorough and truly wants to help her patients. The time spent waiting, however, is quite long, so make sure you have plenty of time set aside for your appointment. In-office lab work is the same way; very long wait time.

Her office is impossible to reach. They do not take care of prescriptions in a timely manner. When other professional attempt to reach them about a referral the calls are not returned. I have personally been happy with the doctor but not the staff.

First she listens to your needs and worries and then she looks it what causes the illness and she works first on fixing the issue . And then starts on writing prescriptions or recommendations of a specialist . She is sweet and kind . Love her

The office started a new system. I haven't been sick in 3yrs. That makes me a new patient and they won't see me.
