First she listens to your needs and worries and then she looks it what causes the illness and she works first on fixing the issue . And then starts on writing prescriptions or recommendations of a specialist . She is sweet and kind . Love her

Dr. Yllana-Shepperd is the perfect doctor for everyone's needs. She listens to you and makes practical suggestions and advice that is easy to follow. She is a genuine person and a fantastic Doctor. The staff was courteous and efficient. I experienced no delays in being seen. An overall good experience!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Shepperd for six years. She is a wonderful doctor and she goes above and beyond for her patients. She is very caring! If i have an emergency or need to be seen right away her staff always gets me an appointment within an reasonable time. Great doctor and staff.
