My husband and I have been seeing her for 8 years. She is very patient oriented and friendly. She spends time to be sure all questions are answered and meds are explained.

Dr. Coon Nguyen just recently came through for my wife due to the fact she came down with Covid. Her and her team came through for her big time! This was a great team effort! Sincerely! Barry Boudreaux

Wow this doctor/clinic has no empathy or cares for his patientsI was referred to her by my regular doctor for a sleep study, went to her office for evaluation and she was to check with my insurance for approval before my sleep study3 weeks go by and no call from her so decided to give her a call to only find out she is no longer treating patients for sleep studies and that I need to find someone elseNot a single Curtesy call from clinic to notify my about the changesI’m in serious need for this study and did not bother to notify me in any way that she was no longer going to be able to help meNever go there, this is not professional in any way, people with serious illnesses or needs should never consult with these types of doctors with no values, professionalism and mainly interest in patient well beingDO NOT RECOMMEND

I have seen Elizabeth Nguyen MD in the past and wanted to set up another yearly appointment with her. Last visit was average but the experience of just trying to get an appointment this time was HORRIBLE. Tried for over 4 days to get through(and left 2 voicemails with no return call) and then finally today got through. Told the receptionist that I was relieved to finally get through to her and she stopped/interrupted me and said not sure what you are talking about but this is the number to make an appointment so what can I do for you(so so rude in her delivery). I immediately said I knew from just the experience with her that I no longer wanted to be treated at this office and hung up and she was raising her voice at me saying I didn’t do anything to you. So rude!! Hate to not be able to see a doctor I like because she has rude staff answering her phones after trying for over 4 days to finally get them to answer(may be time to re-evaluate your staff)!

She is very patient and knowledgeable. Never in a rushed. There may be a time she has ran behind, she always makes me feel like she gives me the time that I need. Her staff, is amazing and goes and Does anything they can do to help me with any forms and medications I may need help with. She has two physicians assistant that are equally as wonderful as she is.

I highly recommend Dr. Elizabeth Coon-Nguyen, she is patient friendly, gave me a lot of time to understand my health concerns. Based on her recommendations, I started taking care of my health.Since, I started consulting this Doctor, I am feeling healthy and better and progressing to be 100% fit and running.....thank you Dr. Coon-Nguyen and Tara - you truly explained me the concept of "health is wealth"...

The front desk lady has zero personality. She comes off as bitter and hating her job. The follow up is horrid. You have to literally ask them to update your patient portal, because they won't do it. Nor will you ever see a doctor or get valuable feedback from your testing, etc. I truly don't know what you are paying for her other than a referral. I would look somewhere else for a quality experience from an office that truly cares about their patients. This is more of a patient mill for $$$.

This place is horrible. 2 months later and I am STILL waiting on lab results! Never returning.

All she cares about is her sleep study. She acts as though she listens, but she really does not. She does what she wants, not what the patient needs. My meds were just fine and then she changed them to "more modern" meds. The Crestor caused me nothing but trouble. I ended up going elsewhere to the doctor as Dr. Elizabeth A Coon-Nguyen did not appear to respect me as a person or a patient. The doctor "elsewhere" put me back on my original meds. AND, after OVER two years, the effects of the Crestor has finally ceased (thank goodness).

I am in my 70's and have seen a lot of doctors in my lifetime. Dr. Elizabeth Coon-Nguyen has been my primary care physician for 13 years. She is one of those rare docs who LISTENS to her patients. She takes the time to clearly explain my medical options and my prognosis in terms I can understand. Her pleasant attitude together with a courteous, efficient staff makes my visits to her office a comfortable, rewarding experience.
