Very helpful and friendly staff. This was a follow up visit after and injection. I am very pleased with the results of the injection and how all my questions were answered in detail - with the visual aid of a plastic spine:-) by the PA. I would highly recommend Dr. Arthur and his staff.

The staff, Jackie, Kathy, and nurse Jennifer are awesome. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. NP Allie is a great addition to the practice. Dr Arthur is a phenomenal Dr. I have been going to him for 5 years. He is a training Dr with Texas Tech. Wry sense of humor

Dr. Arthur’s front office staff (Jackie and Cathy) are so pleasant and nice. The MA Is always so sweet and smiles! Unfortunately I did not get to see Dr Arthur today, I had the pleasure of meeting his PA. She was nice.I will say I did miss my appointment with Dr. Arthur! But, it was still a good visit and wouldn’t change physicians. -SM

Dr. Arthur took the time to explain the procedure he was doing in terms that were easily understandable to a layperson. Not all Doctors do that. On the follow up visit he took the time to explain the results and the next steps that needed to be taken. Taking the time and explaining in layman's terms helps patients to allay fears. I truly think that is what makes a good doctor.

Dr. Arthur is the FIRST doctor that diagnosed exactly what has been causing my chronic back pain for the past 7 years. I have been to numerous doctors and specialist”s and not one of them could figure it out! At the end of my first appointment with Dr Arthur, he told me I would not have to continue to live with the chronic pain I was in. He proved himself correct today and I am beyond grateful!! I would give him a million stars if I could!!
