Dr. Thomas is a real people oriented doctor!! He is one of a few doctors that I found that really care about his patients! He goes above and beyond what i ever expected; however, there are a few staff members who need retraining on how to treat patients. Every doctor runs behind as expected but if he is called away set the expectation correctly that it will be xx amt of time before he arrives and we apologize for the delay, not lie and say he is in the other room. We all have jobs and get docked when late, not fair to your patients who provide the office income. To be hung up on when expressing a coughing, hacking customer in the back waiting room is unacceptable, Good day and Stay Healthy!

This doctor is awesome! His staff is very friendly and Dr. Thomas is a real people oriented doctor!! He is one of a few doctors that I found that really care about his patients! He goes above and beyond what i ever expected him to be like. I would recommend him to anyone who asks.

Dr. Thomas did a great job on my Lasik procedure. I'm a little over a month out from surgery and seeing great. He and his staff are friendly and welcoming. He is thorough and wants to make sure every measurement is double and triple checked before doing the surgery. With something as important as your eyes, this is what you want. For follow-up appointments, I recommend going first thing in the morning if at all possible. The office sees a lot of patients and can sometimes get backed up in the afternoon. But the quality of care is consistently high regardless.

Dr. Thomas is by far one of the best eye doctors I have been with... my eyes had been red and painful and light sensitive for 2 mon, and nothing I tried over the counter was working. I had even went to an Optometrist who said I was fine to use tears it was dryness. I called to get an appointment with dr. Thomas and they got me in right away. When I saw him he assured me my redness was not due to dryness like I was previously told but due to inflammation. He had me to start a steroid eye drop and only 2 days all of my symptoms were gone. Him and his staff were so nice and helpful and really know what they’re doing. I’m so grateful for Dr. Thomas.

I see some reviews here are about secondary issues like punctuality that people write during angry waiting times. These need to be addressed, but they are not the reason I would recommend a surgeon to a family member. Those 5 extra minutes of my patience for your care today may be the 5 minutes I'll need tomorrow. These just mean the physician actually cares about quality care when uncommon cases present.I happened to see happy people who had gotten surgery the day before, sitting in the waiting room. And though I did not have a surgery, I would definitely choose him as a surgeon. It is such a joy to hear how people see well after years of blindness. We take so much for granted.

Dr. Thomas is a board-certified physician who was trained in top academic/teaching hospitals during his medical school, his Ophthalmology residency and his Cornea fellowship. He was voted chief resident during his training and has kept the service, confidence, humility, ongoing education, and cheerfulness that good leaders require to provide quality care. On this note, he attends international meetings several times a year and reads about the latest developments.He has the knowledge and skill required to preserve the tissue architecture of the eye to the microscopic level. His motor memory has been carefully curated through more than a decade of abundant surgical experience. Equally important, he operates on each patient as if they were his family members and personally follows-up after surgery. I've personally been touched by the joy his patients exhibit after surgery, once they see again.The office has proactive leaders who seek and appreciate any feedback regarding the service provided, so I'd go ahead and let them know if anything could be improved.
