***Update I just received a call from the doctors office and they said they will work me in tomorrow with the nurse practitioner. I’m thankful for the call back and Ive always had a wonderful experience in person at the office regardless of who I’ve seen. It just baffles me that we have gotten to such a long wait for sick visits. Urgent care only goes so far for patients with chronic illness. I’ve adjusted my rating to 4 stars. I called in this morning for a sick visit with anyone and the soonest I can get in is August 7th. I’ve already been to urgent care and was told to follow up with my own doctor and I don’t feel my lungs have cleared yet from the respiratory infection but waiting another week to be treated is not acceptable. I’m very disappointed despite loving Dr. Berdayes, Ashley and Jennifer. It appears I may have to try and find another doctor. Hoping this isn’t the norm in family practice. I should be able to be seen by my own doctor within a few days of calling for a sick visit. Update

Absolutely terrible front office! Its been three weeks since I’ve been trying to get a simple referral and no one is capable of getting this done properly. I’ve left 3 messages for the office manager Bethany with NO response. Ridiculous!

I have called over a two week period to schedule my mother, a new patient, with Dr. Berdayes. Those 4 phone calls were left via voice mail with a staff member who was to call me back. I never received a phone call. I would not recommend this Dr. until they do something about their staff.

I can’t say enough about Dr.Berdayes and her team. I feel like, for the first time in my life, I have finally found a Practice with a team of Doctors and staff that I trust. Thank you!
