Their office staff and billing leave a lot to be desired. After being a patient for close to 30 years and the staff getting steadily worse, constantly having to battle billing and insurance (coding issues on their part), struggling to get appointments with an actual doctor vs PA I had to cut ties and switch to a different provider. The turnover has been high which speaks overall to the management. I don't know if the doctors are clueless or just don't care anymore. Save yourself some time and frustration and select a different PCP.

Trash, don't go. None of the staff listen, hang up everytime. Don't listen to patient. The only good person, PA Kelley has left. Absolute garbage.

they don’t pick up the phone, other doctor offices cant reach them for referrals. Literally have to drive almost 30 mins to ask simple questions. Everything else is good though everyone is nice.

I've been waiting too long, I've been here for almost an hour and they're still telling me it will be another 15 minutes. It's just an annual check-up, why does it take so long? It's always the same.

I switched to Benítez, and she was very good. To my surprise, she is no longer there. The first and only time I saw Kelley, he put an incorrect diagnosis in my file, and they said they can’t remove it. Now Kelley has left, and Lori was supposed to see me. The first time, I waited more than 20 minutes for a video call, and then they contacted me at the last minute to say she couldn’t see me. They sent me a lab order. I checked my results before they called me, so I already knew everything. For the second appointment, I waited on the phone for more than 15 minutes, and then they called asking what the reason for the call was. I told them I wanted to know my results and that this was also a follow-up from my last check-up. With a very unpleasant attitude, she literally read my results and told me I needed more labs. The truth is that I no longer want to return. There is zero empathy for patients.

The office could use a little help on phone calls but the app works great and it's all worth it to see Dr Recio, he is amazing!

Dr Salvador Recio office and staff are the worst!!! They lied about a referral to the Lymphedema clinic , when they send in person , someone about the referral!!! They are very unprofessional and lied many times we waited MONTHS!!! The worst place ever, the doctor did not care about the patient’s health either

VERY UNPROFFESIONAL DR. OFFICE!!! Dr. Lori Roman is the reason I will never come back to this office again. She was not friendly.. at all. The reason I’m never coming back though is, she forgot about me!!! I mean FORGOT ABOUT ME. She told me to wait in the room while she checked to see if they received my pre authorization forms from my pharmacy. I waited in the room for almost an hour for her to come back. But I noticed that the office got really quiet. I waited so long that I decided to peak my head out to see if I could ask someone if everything was all right… THE OFFICE LIGHTS WERE ALL TURNED OFF AND NO ONE WAS IN THE OFFICE!! EVERYONE WAS ON LUNCH AND JUST FORGOT THAT I WAS IN THE ROOM WAITING FOR DR. ROMAN TO COMEBACKK!! EXTREMLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I finally found someone in the office and she looked shocked to see me because the office was closed. I told her my Doctor, Lori Roman said to wait in the room for her to come back because she was checking on some forms. The woman TOLD ME DR.ROMAN WASNT IN THE OFFICE ANYMORE AND LEFT TO GO TO LUNCH!! What????? My family was outside waiting for me for almost an hour. I was waiting for almost an hour and she just left me in the room and went on lunch. The unprofessionalism… she was already not the friendliest. SHE CAME BACK AND WAS TOLD I WAS WAITING AND SHE DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE TO ME!!!! SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK ME WHAT I WAS WAITING FOR THEN PROCEEDED TO BLAME THE NURSE AS THE REASON I WAS FORGOTTON! She blamed the nurse for me being left in the room and was unapologetic. I even had to ask her how to exit the building because all the doors where still locked. She didn’t care to escort me out. She pointed at the front door that was locked with keys in it. I had to unlock the door myself and head out while she just walked away and finished her lunch break…I’m never going back to this office again.

A very unprofessional Dr office, I had my insurance call them to tell them I didn't have a copay and even the insurance lady said they were rude and unprofessional. I went into the office one day to get my blood work results and they couldn't find them, so I had to go back the next week to get the results, causing me to miss two days of work. They don't care about how people are feeling, very cold and careless, they have no intentions of helping me, that place is a joke

Had an appointment scheduled for 11:45am today, but wasn't seen until 1:20pm. Hence, we left between 3:30 and 4pm. We were at the doctor's office for nearly half the work day because the doctor was "running behind". They clearly don't honor or respect their patient's time.
