Labor and delivery I loved the hospital had a great experience but whatever you do don’t use their pediatrician group! I just received a bill from the pediatrix group and it’s more than I had to pay for my daughters and myself stay to the hospital! I only saw the pediatrician 2 times I never in a million years expected such a high bill! So beware of you have a baby here you will probably get an insanely high bill from their pediatricians! The hospital nurses were great though and everything was clean and quiet!

Because there is NO RESPONSE from your hospital on our loved one who was brought in by ambulance and put on a ventilator immediately! We are trying to check on our friends and family here at this hospital! All we get is an automated recording! I know y'all are short staffed ,but really? Y'all could at least have some respect to hire some individuals specifically for answering phone calls and questions on our loved ones who have been brought in. This is AMERICA that we live in not Afghanistan... We deserve answers on our loved ones! Please answer your phones!!!

Horrible ER that needs to be shut down with their overwhelmed and don’t care attitudes.

My 85 year old dad was left in the ER hallway from 8pm to 6:15am while awaiting transportation to his room. He asked 3 different people who his nurse was and never heard from anyone. He was left unattended all night until he was given a heparin shot at 4am. I know you get busy but how do you leave an 85 year old man that is high risk for covid in the hall of an ER that is full of covid patients? UNACCEPTABLE and I can not get anyone to return a call to discuss this.

Sitting in the lobby currently while writing this, with people waiting for over 8-12 hours. People literally trying to sleep in here by coupling chairs. Highly disorganized; they do not have the resources here to efficiently take care of patients in need. I prefer not to disclose why we came in, but we will absolutely never come back here. Once she started to feel better, I requested that before anything continues further to leave so we can seek other care. I was threatened with financial burden of tests ordered but not fulfilled, and that we’d be charged for the visit and going against medical advice means insurance will likely deny the claim. People are miserable not only from being miserable (hey we’re in the ER) but the very same miserable people and their caring companions are just sitting waiting in awful condition for test results. The bathrooms have not been cleaned once in the 5 hours we’ve been here and the lady walking around re-taking vitals every 2 hours has zero knowledge of anyone’s status. An elderly woman in a wheelchair called for a nurse as she needed to use the restroom, the triage nurse told her she couldn’t wait 5 mins for her to use the restroom as she had other (more important) duties at hand. Bedside manner (or should I say lobby-chair side manner) is non existent. And HCA, don’t even bother with your robotic reply with a phone number to hear more about the visit. If you’re really interested, you’ll contact me directly. Would give negative stars if possible. These people have no idea what they’re doing.

everything the nurses and the pt,ot. they are very helpful and I will miss all of them.

One of the most disorganized, unsanitary & unprofessional hospitals in the area. Send your loved one's elsewhere.

369 28 no More shots no waas nurse session

went to ER yesterday morning because I couldn't breathe. i have been under a dr's care but just seemed to get worse. I chose Kingwood over Memorial Hermann in Humble. mistake. Kingwood very disorganized and the house keeping is null. Blood pathogens visual throughout triage. They lost labs and wanted re-do. Uhh no, you aren't taking again. I still had blood on my arm from the port gully washer. I did not feel safe and I felt ignored. So many things were wrong. And do not expect ANY provacy. You hearall patients stories. I was there 14-1/2 hrs. I finally checked out. I will not return to this facility ever again.
