Alan Silberberg's Online Review Report Card

Notice every 1 star review is immediately followed by a bunch of syrupy sweet GLOWING 5-star reviews. I smell a rat.I had returned to add to my original post that the doctor changed my medical revords to state that " during my visit-after a thourough head to toe examination - he laid out 5  different treatment plans. Each  involving different medical procedures and different medications". He added to his fabrication that he" went over in detail all of the possible risks in every procedure and all the  possible outcomes as well. " Then he claims he "discussed with me in detail the various medications mentioned in his treatment plans and each ones possible side effects and uses and costs and grisks." He ends his story with the OUTRAGEOUS statement that "the patient turned down every treatment option and requested only narcotis medications in amounts I am not comfortable prescribing"Now I dont know about you but I've yet to meet a doctor that can do even a tenth of what he claims he did in the 6 minutes and 27 seconds (yes, I had timed the actual time the doctor was in the exam room with me) he spent in my prescence. I have a feeling -but cannot prove- that my record was changed to state all these lies only after i filed a complaint on him with the medical board. And it worked. The medical board did not pursue this case since they believe the doctors notes that i was only seeking narcotics and not seeking treatment of issue itself!!!PROTECT YOURSELF BRING A VOICE ACTIVATED RECORDER WITH YOU SO YOU CAN DISPUTE HIS LIES WHEN HE TRIES TO STRONGARM YOU INTO UNNECESSARY, RISKY COSTLY, AND PAINFUL PROCEDURES!! I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE. I WISH I KNEW THIS AHEAD OF TIME.

I highly recommend going to Elizabeth Marquez. She is very efficient and listens to your concerns. She also explains your options for your care, so you can decide what is best for you.

My first visit to this clinic was with Dr Jarzombek. She was friendly and seemed helpful. Unfortunately, I never saw her again. I'm a patient on disability with autoimmune issues and three serious pain disorders. We recently moved to Austin from Chicago, where I had the same doctor for over 6 years. He was compassionate, and spent hours trying to help me get better. At this clinic, I felt like they weren't interested in helping me. I only saw a nurse, who was not qualified to deal with my issues. For months I showed up to my appointments on time, paid my bills, and followed the treatment plan. When I had a medical crisis, I was unable to get an appointment with my doctor. Instead, she had another physician tell me she would not be treating me further. As a patient who needs pain medication to function, I was appalled. I was treated disrespectfully, humiliated, and told just to go to the hospital. As a person with a broken immune system, going anywhere is dangerous, due to the pandemic. I definitely couldn't go to the hospital. I got no help. These doctors do not understand pain management, and they aren't even trying. If you have real medical problems, avoid this clinic!

I really enjoy all the staff! They are very welcoming and professional. These are my all time favorite doctors! Dr.Kristin Jarzombek, MD, Dr. Timothy Bednar MD especially the PA & NP! All of my experienceshave been awesome . I also need to include Steph , Tamara, Yavett and I am sorry if I forgot your name but if you assisted me you too have made my appointments at ease. The atmosphere is always relaxing even while waiting to get my injections I appreciate being reminded there all their if I have questions. Throughout my journey of dealing with pain the good days even  unfortunate at times. But without the Kyle team's approach , Physicians and staff's care plan even the clear communication I do not know  what I would do. I am forever grateful!

Very nice place! Staff follows up with you after procedures. All three doctors are amazing. They have great bedside manner and the nurses are Top Notch and very smart!  Team has helped me when your discomfort was unbearable!

I have seen many doctors in the past. Dr Silberberg and his staff have been the best by far!

My rating is for Dr.Bednar,  Is A+ she's the first doctor that has tremendous bedside manner. Follows up with your healthcare needs. This facility is clean very organized and have plenty of well qualified physicians to help you in any way they can.

The office is very nice. The staff were kind and efficient. I really enjoyed meeting with Dr Silberberg. He has extensive experience in pain management and came up with a diverse plan with different techniques to help me. I am so pleased!

Dr. Bednar is an incredibly caring doctors in all facets. Always has a smile, too. He is incredibly knowlagable and will explain anything if you ask, so don't be shy. The team around Dr. Bednar and Dr. Silberberg are very professional, polite, and mindful. Sometimes I wish they would kind of slow down, but if I bring a list of things I want to discuss and questions I have then no problem. I know they have a lot of people to help. Clean offices also. Never had a problem- exept for a bruise from an I.V.
