Dr. Thompson did a balloon sinuplasty, turbinate reduction, and did concha bullosa operation. Before my operation I could barely breathe at all out my nostrils and would have many sleepless nights from being so stuffed up. I went to Dr.Thompson and he explained my procedure and even squeezed in time for some concerns I had after our consultation just from me being nervous. He is extremely passionate about his work and does it very well. I was in and out and didn’t have any pain at all after the procedure!! He’s fantastic! Great staff as well, shout out to the nurse, Miguel, who took care of me after my procedure while was still a little loopy from the gas.

He is a life saver! Amazing doctor, well spoken, and great personality! Highly recommend him!

Aspire never returns texts or phone calls! Cancelled my surgery the day before and turns out my sister nasal passages are worse than before wouldn’t recommend!

Definitely not. I learned from my new ENT doctor today that the surgery Dr. Thompson performed on me just three years ago (rhinoplasty, septoplasty, balloon sinuplasty) were completely botched and will need to be repaired. It is no wonder that my sinus problems were even worse after his surgery. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. We put so much trust in doctors. This is a shameful level of incompetency.

Paid in full for a procedure out of pocket at Aspire Allergy and Sinus owned and run by Dr. Chris Thompson. The procedure was cancelled and now Aspire Allergy and Sinus refuses to return the money or give me my records, estimate, x-ray, etc. They say they'll look into it next month, but in the meantime I need an operation and must pay another clinic. HORRIBLE experience. They do not answer the phones. What about all of the other patients? What if there are complications? The message just says call 911. What kind of a clinic is this place operating?

As an ENT 3, every OV he wanted to have an inter office CT to C my sinus cavities & then he said it was necessary to put some type a probe up my nose for an exam. I said OK bc he was the specialist, then I saw my insurance bills, it appeared to be a $ making scam- When he did my sinus surgery he said he could fix the bump on my nose.- afterwards my nose was much smaller (flat) and then collapsed. Had to go to a plastic surgeon more $$$ too much cartledge removed, the PS took ear cartledge..

Heard about Dr. Christopher Thompson from KLBJ radio, after calling around, I chose him. Had my surgery yesterday, balloon sinuplasty and correction of a deviated septum. Dr. Thompson is SUCH a cool doc! He has extremely positive beside manners, doesn't rush you through your appointment (both my consultation and before we went into surgery), and just really makes you feel comfortable. He came to check on me after the surgery, again he was comforting. Looking forward to relief!

I went to see Dr. Chris Thompson today and was taken aback by the special care taken at every level of the Capital Otolaryngology experience. Cassie was unbelievably attentive and friendly when working through the admission process. She made a phone call on my behalf on how I might save money during the referral process. When I met with Dr. Thompson, I was stunned by the professionalism and kindness he exuded. He listened, he answered questions without haste and I sensed his approach is that of never having an obstacle that cannot be overcome. This is the team you want on your side. --Fritz Reinig

Dr. Thompson is awesome ! I've had a deviated septum for as long as I can remember and it was getting worse the older I got. I got a septoplasty and rhinoplasty done by him and the surgery went well! My nose has never been better, I can breath better and my sinus's have cleared. I'd highly recommend Dr. Thompson.

Fantastic ENT doctor. Very caring and friendly. Have referred close friends to him and will continue to.
