Dr. Pham wasted no time in teaching me and getting me the help I needed. She explains eveything in Great detail and cares very deeply about patients. She is a great listener. She tells, the patient the way it is and very truthful. She does not cut corners. Thank God for Doctor Pham . She has been an Blessing to me and my family.

(Dr. Pham is now located in Kyle). My experience with Dr. Pham was the best experience I’ve ever had with a healthcare professional. She took the time to ask about other aspects of my health, though I went in solely for a referral as required by my insurance. She provided access to a medication I was needing immediately. She went the extra mile to look up a coupon on Good Rx—I realized I’ve been paying too much for medication for years. Not least important, her comprehensive/holistic approach and genuine concern for my overall well-being made me feel a greater sense of responsibility for my health. Overall a gold star experience.

Dr. Pham is super helpful and listens to my needs as a patient. I would recommend her to friends and family.

Really helpful, answered all of my questions

If you want a doctor’s office to misplace your medical records multiple times this place is for you. The staff has no idea what they’re doing and it shows. Avoid if you can.

Dr. Pham was wonderful! Very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Spent a lot of time with me discussing my many questions since I’m new to the area.

Unfortunately this is for the medical coding in Dr. Pham’s office. I have been through several hours and conversations with the office about an improper code that was marked causing an extra 600 dollar plus bill that I am not supposed to be charged due to their improper code billing. There has been at least half a dozen calls and repeated attempts to code my office visit correctly and to no avail. I have also had extensive talks with Christie Health across the street. I will have to review them as well to inform future patients. If you visit this office triple check to ensure the codes are assigned correctly or you will have to go through what I have. I have never experienced this before in any office visit with any doctor in all my life. Shame really. A simple correct coding was all that was needed. Now I have received a collections notice. No warning...no communication...just decided to send it to collections and not address or speak about what they have done. Please be diligent and honest in the future if you are going to continue to be in practice.

I've been with Dr Ph?m for over 5 years. The entire staff and doctor are professional,attentive and always welcome patients with a big smile. Dr always take time to review my lab results and diagnostics done to me and explain it very detailed and easy to understand. Thanks for your good service and i will sure refer patient to this clinic.

Not a good listener, lacks empathy, condescending tone. Worst two doctors visits over the last two weeks. I received bad news from Dr. Pham and afterwards she just wanted to get the visit over with. Unwilling to answer my questions.
